Called using accent telling me "you kicked my dog".  Has called me 11 times and left voice mail.  Will not stop whether reasoned with, explained to, cursed at or threatened.  Left the number 1-209-777-0816 on the voice mail but every time they called, their number came up private.  I blocked my number and called that number and it didn't sound like the same person.  It could be that this number is also a victim of this stupid cow.
