I kept getting calls from this number and they would hang up.  I was at the end of my minutes usage and that made it worse!   I finally called Verizon and they have blocked the number.  I think that it is a telemarketer's number and I did the cell do-not-call  thing but they still kept calling me.  Outfits like this should be prosecuted.

calls all hours of the day and night.  rings twice then hangs up.  calls at least 6 times every day
