This company is a scam. I had to cancel my hotel because my flight got delayed. They will not refund my money. I tried to cancel but was on hold one hour until my new flight boarded, so I emailed them and called the Marriott. How can the Marriot do business with such a horrible company.
Any suggestions on how I can get my money back.

I too called a motel in NC (I thought) and made reservations and wound up with charges from this company. The non English speaking person was very difficult to understand and I wound up without a confirmation number. I had to call the motel and ask for the confirmation number. All the hotel knew was the reservations were booked by a third party. Two days later the charge shows up on my CC bill with a phone number. I am about to go to their website and canx my reservations. Again, I don't know how they hijacked my phone call and got involved.

I don't know how they ended up on the phone but did not want to put me thru to the hotel directly because the were to busy to take my call...charged me 120 for one night, when I check out the hotel charged me 89 when I get my bank statement it reflects both!...it took me 2days 5different # just to be reimburse $89 within 4-5 days!...unbelievable !

Really do not know how I got connected with this group or company. I went ahead and booked my room, I was quoted $79.00, gave credit card and after work headed to hotel. When I arrived no payment was made and I had to pay again. The fraud group called me and we talked about the charge and decided it will drop off account, its only a deposit. The charge never dropped of my account so I called number associated with charge and was told it will be taken care of the next morning, this never happened. I called once again and asked to speak to manager, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up and called again. This went on 8 times, my call just ignored. The 9th time calling back I was talked to with profanity. The manager got on line and I quote "What is wrong with you calling so many times to talk with manager, I f****d your wife you a***ole, I liked it and will f*** her again" Unquote.. This is fraud so be careful, I am tracking call and going to locate operation to pay a visit, that is if they don't wrap up and if so a trail will be left.

Hey,
I still do t understand how these people became involved when I made a hotel reservation for my stay in nyc in April.. I get back home and was charged AGAIN by the hotel for the same days stay.???
Called number sho9wn on bank statement and told to fax bank statement showing same which I did today...Had thrown my account waaaay off because of the double dip....Needs this taken care of ASAP
Anyone else with a similar problem? Would have been better had I contact the hotel directly and reserved....Plus it was cheaper at the hotel....

I tried to book a hotel through Kayak.com and the room was not book because it was unavailable and I was charge twice one for $104.64 and the other was for $108.63. On top of that they charge me and extra $6.99 to reserve the room and the room was not paid for. I had to pay for the room when I got to the hotel. I called Kayak.com trying to get a refund and it was a call center in India. It was hard to understand them and all they did was give me the run around. NEVER BOOK THROUGH KAYAK.COM OR TRAVELOCITY.COM because they are the same company.
Oh and I still DID NOT get my refund yet

According the BBB's website, this number is registered to Otels, Inc., Phone: (210) 507-5998, 2111 Wilson Blvd, Suite 700, Arlington, VA 22201 but it is not registered with the State of Virginia and the area code 210 is a Texas area code. Sounds suspicious to me.

We were charged for a call to this number on our Master Card & we did not make a call to this number

didn't receive a phone call, but have a charge on my CC that I didn't make.
RF 2010-09-19 20:47:35 Unknown
Yes, the internet company has the charges in small print! will never use the "airporthotel guide.com"!!! they charge your credit card for using their site to book reservations! Stick with expedia or orbitz!!
JC 2010-07-23 15:45:40 Unknown
Yep they are b*****ds, I booked a flight that they didnt reserve in time and ended up canceling and STILL made a charge to my credit card. DO NOT book anything from a travel agent, website none of that crap, TALK and DEAL only with the specific company that has the service you need. These b*****ds are thieves!!!

Made Red Roof Inn hotel reservations online and now these 210-507-5998 charges are showing up on my Credit Card, $106.38 and $90.86. But I received NO phone calls
beccagymmom 2009-03-17 23:02:16 Unknown
I called due to a charge on my account and they said it was a maint. fee for using the site for booking the hotel. I thought the hotels contracted them to fill their rooms, so why are we getting charged, and they will not refund your money, and another statement that it was very well stated that there was a fee, well I THINK NOT! I have had three different companies take money out of my account for the same booking and this one would not credit my account. So ther you go MR. SUPERVISOR RON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE A**h***E
Monkie 2009-03-12 20:35:07 Unknown
Called them, it's a charge for using canadianhotelguide.com. They tell me this $30 US was outlined when I booked, I don't think so...
Monkie 2009-03-12 19:53:51 Unknown
Dakota, my company card got the same charge but I don't remember doing any transactions with them. Was your charge legit?
dakota 2009-03-10 15:37:58 Unknown
The number is legit, it's my mistake, I didn't read the e-mail confirmation from Real Adventures. They are an intenet reservation provider for independent operators. They charge a fee for each reservation.
