Said the dog was for her son and wrote emails so high class then sent me a check demanding me to cash it at a certain time. They no longer sounded so high class, she began to write sloppy. The check had a different name then her email, postal information, and sending address. There were so many different names of guys when I thought it was a lady named Karen and I googled the names and addresses of where the money needs to be sent and they did not exist. Be careful!!! Because the cashiers check or whatever is a fraud!! If you cash the check, the bank will realize a few days later that it was fake and will hold you responsible for paying the entire fine and the scammer will walk away with the money that was meant for the shipping.

Hey guys, I run a screen printing business and just got a text from a "Judy Morgan" claiming she wants 35 dozen shirts printed. That's a lot of shirts and a lot of money so obviously I questioned the legitimacy of this woman. Her Grammar was bad an wanted my email so we could communicate through "text email" (like who says that). She wants to know what major credit cards I accept, I'm curious how I could get scammed if she pays for the shirts with a credit card. She claims she has a seminar in the city and wants the shirts by July 3rd, and the funniest part..... she's claiming to be with the United Church of Christ. Anyone know what could go wrong If I accept credit card payment?

We got a text from 903-600-8897 also, under the name Karen Matens and Keren Matens, it was a demanding text which raised my suspictions. And just odd all together. Thank you all for the info. Most of our families and friends are in law so gonna have this looked into.

Yup just got a text and an email from 903-600-8897 joseph Bammy. hearing impared wanting to send a check . played along until he wouldn't do a credit card or paypal. then said. no thank you not interested in selling them a dog. Then found you here. What a SCAM. have been breeding for years and have run across this before. Put policies in place to protect yourself. No money back, no personal checks except for 2 weeks waiting after deposit min. don't pass on your policies that is where fraud wins. :(

ben 2013-04-24 22:03:19 Unknown

This Judy Morgan has been contacting me for a while now to buy one of my pups. I do have pups, but this type of thing happened to us last time and the guys sent the money orders, but we called Western Union and got them verified and it didn't go through. She has been contacting me by e-mail (judymorgan4luv@yahoo.com and phone (210) 570-1477). She says that she's from TX, she was hearing impaired and she wanted to buy a puppy for her sons birthday. She already sent the money USPS and even gave me a tracking #, it says that it should arrive tomorrow. It originated from Fortworth, TX. She said she was giving us an extra $100 to hold the pup and to send the rest to some guy named (Gerald Olson or Olsen) I "Googled" it and it came up Olsen, but he/she spelled it Olson. Be very careful folks. THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY A SCAM.
Ellie 2013-03-29 01:37:59 Unknown
Not legit!! Don't do it!! They are fraudsters!!
Ellie 2013-03-29 01:36:32 Unknown
Thank you!! I'm glad someone has the scam down!! That is EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO!!
Ellie 2013-03-29 01:35:17 Unknown
It will look like its good. Sometimes can take up to three weeks to return. I used to see the scam all the time working in bank fraud and people stuck footing the cash they had forked over. Better not to mess with it at all.
Ellie 2013-03-29 01:33:47 Unknown
Well, honestly? There is a sucker born every minute I'm sorry to say :(
Ellie Benton 2013-03-29 01:25:16 Unknown
I got a call too. I am in Stockton CA. These people are scammers trying to find a sucker to cash their money order and send them cash while they get away with the money you'll be stuck footing the bill once the money order returns!!
ellie benton 2013-03-29 01:22:47 Unknown
Anything money order is guaranteed fraud! I used to work for a major bank and believe me after you cash it the money order will return!!
chris 2013-03-28 13:58:06 Unknown
She is not hearing impaired she talks just fine. I am hear impaired. Oh buy the was her phone 808-256-6846 is from Hawaii.
chris 2013-03-28 13:29:54 Unknown
Name is Judy Morgan she called me from 808-256-6846 name Brian Gibson she said she lived in Missouri and wanted a Shiba Inu. Then she e-mail me from judymorgan4luv@yahoo.com and also texted me from 210-570-1477. and asked how much the pups were but didn't ask me what breed she was interested in. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
Not Stupid 2013-03-24 23:31:03 Unknown
She just sent us an email saying EXACTLY the same thing everyone is stating!! Same reason, same name, same number, same details, same thing about being hearing impaired!!!! Already been scammed by people like this before and all the consequences listed above are true!!! Scam, scam, scam!!!! Stay away from these!!!!
Biker Valley Radio 2013-03-06 18:51:11 Unknown
Do not cash the check and do not ship the dog. We breed Mastiffs and it never fails, these people show up with every litter and they are scamming you. If you do business with them, you will get screwed, trust me.
The only way I would do business this way is through Western Union where you pick up your cash. Then ship the dog. Not before. I you really need the money, you'll really be a mess when these scammers get done with you.
co bulldogs 2013-02-21 04:05:50 Unknown
We also received this same email. Definitely appears to be a scammer. Thanks to all who reported this we almost fell for it. Why is this person able to keep doing this? I wonder how many have been taken in.
