I also received a call from this number. She leaves a long message in which she does not state my name,or give any kind of reference as to what it is pertaining to.Samantha hall is obviously a scam artist. Even if I did owe money to someone I am 100 percent sure that they would make sure I had a clear understanding of how to play and when to pay and what to pay. I also thought it was funny to mention that my failure to answer her call was me waving my right to counsel.I guess if I don't answer the door if the police come knocking then I ain't getting a lawyer and I'm never getting out lol

Got the same call. From Samantha Hall at Pre Trial Intervention, it almost sounds legit in her voice, but doesn't mention the person she is trying to reach or the subject of the matter of the call. Tells to have my attorney call or myself. Another scam, they just keep recycling the phone numbers and companies they say they are calling with. One key thing is, if your not getting bills or threatening notices in the mail, why would I even think twice about these calls being scams.

Call left me a message to call back regarding in case pending against me lady was very nasty wanted my name and number I course her out and block there number

Received voicemail saying I had a case that was about to be submitted for a payday loan from 4 years ago. Said that I needed to return call or have my attorney. If she didn't hear from either of us that it would be sent to Wisconsin court. Why are these people calling! It's annoying and not fair. I don't have anything to pay.

Got the same call today, while sitting with my lawyer actually. Saying call back, either me or my attorney needed to call back today. If not, I would be presumed to have waived my right to counsel. "Govern yourself accordingly"
Lawyer said its a scam.

These people sure are busy i just got the same call from samantha hall but someone else threatened me with all sorts of legal action!

I got the same call today saying I have a case on me from 2011. They was asking for 1200 dollars that needed to be paid today. I think this is a scam

Make sure you check your next phone bill...they may be charging you while they have you on hold.

I too received a call on the 14th of may askin me or attorney to call back.  They didnt mention my name or specifically why an attorney would be shaking mw down.

got the same call about 40 min ago...glad i looked it up before i gave any info

received  call  from  this  number  stating  need  a  call  back  with  attorney  number  and  name  . I  did  call  back  a  guy answer  would  not state  the  business  name  ask  for  the  number  they  called  me  on  . advised  ( do not  know why ). He  stated  I  am  being investigated  for  check  fraud ? I advised  him  I  do  not  even  wright  checks  sir  , he  started  yelling  . I hung  up  . do not  call  it  back  .  

I received a call from this number 210-762-6589, Samantha Hall, stating that I owed money and that I or my attorney MUST call back asap or my file will be submitted. Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Samantha Hall called from this number and said a case had been submitted against me. I called back and demanded to know what charges were being filed against me. The lady asked me if I didn't know what charges were being filed against me. I was put on hold for about 20 minutes and then the call dropped.  I assuming that it is just a scam. We'll see if they call back.

Called regarding a debt they say I owed from 2009 but would not give details - it's a scam

yes i received a call earlier too and the lady left her name but i don't believe she left the name of the company. but when doing so she did not leave my name or any claim # at all either. i owe money and if i have a case against me? they would have left the case# etc or your ss# she did not. and her name was i believe sam or sara hall. i called back just to see what happens. and the lady asked for my number. gave her my number and she keep me on hold for about 5 minutes. i hang up!

Keep getting calls from this number threatening me, and I should have my attorney call or I will be arrested for a debt not paid. They want me to verify my information. I said sorry you already have that information if your legitimate company. I don't owe anyone. Stop calling me, ugg.

I just received this call.  The message was there is a pending case agaisnt me...and to press one..so I did.  I got someone named Samantha...or Susan...Anyway  - I asked what this call was in regards to, and I was advised tht I have a pending affidavit.  When I asked "pertaining to what, exactly"?  I was put on hold for 4 minutes....after which I just hung up.  I think this is a scam.

Recieved a call from this number and left a message that they were going to garnish wages.. I get these scams all the time. Dont give them any information

Its interesting that all the calls started today. I received one too and called the Texas Attorney General. They told me not to call back. I just think its odd that all these phone calls started today

Caller identified herself as Samantha Hall on the voicemail and claimed that "a case had been submitted against" me. I'm not calling back as I can find no online presence to confirm that the business she references is legitimate, nor did she ever mention my name, or any name, as who she was trying to get ahold of. A legitimate call from any business would leave the name of the person they were trying to get ahold of to make sure that the message reached the correct individual.
