we got a call from this number, saying someone had hacked into the ip address; got access to the computer and said to call a cyber securities company who could fix the problems. it appears that this number and the cyber securities.us company are working in tandem to download infected files and then charge $500 to fix it. definitely a scam.

they just called me and fixed my computer for free of cost
they were very professional and great at computer's skills.
i got my 2 computers fixed by them

BTW, the call itself was from caller id 210-301-0307, which has a long history of obnoxious behavior.  the 210-807-3421 number is what they requested we call back.

Same thing happened to us.  Seems suspicious.

Wanted access to my computer.  Said they received a call from Microsoft saying computer had a problem and they were calling to help.

Called me back and hour later telling me to call this number.

Wanted me to return call.  Did not explain who they were or reason for the telephone call.
