Gave no name and left no mesage

Woman claims to be from ACE Cash Express.  Very nasty.  When asked to send a copy of whatever bill they have, states "we already sent you a letter."  Regardless of my not getting any such letter, she refused to send anything.  Like any sane individual will remit monies (owed or otherwise) because of a phone call.
