Try to call 707-506-6790, told this is one these creeps main number; so several of us have been calling it to harass the harassers, stupid questions..for example tell em you want to pay your dept (act worried) give them a name like "Buster Hymen" or other fake name, tell em they left a message and thats why your calling them,,,,or like one guy did "I know where you are". Turn the tables, twell them you want to sue them, some have been telling them they will hunt them down. Just use your imagination, these guys are scammers and easily the table can be turned ! Just have some fun, several have, don't be scared what the h...can they do call the cops ? tell I was trying to scam now I am being harrassed or what...these guys are uneducated punks..so let them have it !!!

Some guy repeatedly kept calling(to my work phone repeatedly that I had to disconnect it) and said that I had borrowed from a pay day loan site and didn't return it (I did but I paid back). When I said that he is saying that the bank drawel EMT failed coz of which they had filed an affidavit against me and they would go ahead and file a sermon againts me to my employer and even said that my employer might have been informed already. HE called from Bradely and Law associated San Jose and they have 23 offices in the US.

The moron scammers are still at it and now it is 2011, they are still calling people and saying that they will be arrested and that a loan was transfered to my bank acccount, and that I committed internet Fraud and money laundrying and false bank information, and that I needed to get a good attorney, and that I would be arrested by the higher authorities in two days, which would be  friday, Sept 16, 2011, I was in tears as I did try to get a payday loan on line, which I will never do again in my life....so that these mother F-------can get my information and call me saying that I am a hardened criminal and that I will need god with me, to get myself out of jail, watch our for the name Steve O'Connor from Bradley & Smith uses the number 818 306-9823

Received a call on 2/11/09 from an Indian Accent men name Ryan Cruise and Steve Andersen stating that I had a payday Loan that haven't been paid and it has accumulated fees amounting to 5485$ but if I want to settle out of court I can pay $636.37 by debit card or credit card and that I need to send a faxed letter to 866-570-4922 stating that I will pay the funds and the letter needs to include my SS#, billing address,the 16 digits of credit card and expiration date. I just hung up after listening and called the local police station and reported it.

Mr.Brad Smith, call my son to tell him he had Cash today money in the amount of 850.00 and had not paid off the loan.He dose not have a West Coast Bank account anymore. Mr. Smith said my son would be arrested the next day for not paying back the $850.00. I called the Police Department and I found out it was a scam. I'VE BEEN SEARCHING THIS WEB SITE AND THESE PEOPLE HAVE MANY PHONE NUMBERS UNDER THIS COMPANY WITH COMPLAINTS. GO UNDER MANY NAMES ECT WITH THE PERSONS WHO CALL U AT HOME ECT. IMPERSONATION LAW OFFICIALS OR ATTORNEYS IS A FEDERAL CRIME. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION, SSI#'S, BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION ECT.  THIS ARE ILLEGAL DEBT BUYERS OR SOME HOW ARE SEARCHING THE AREA OF A FORMER PERSON WHO OWES A DEBT AND WILL SEARCH LETS SAY. IF YOU LIVE IN (LA) AND THERE ARE 5 KNOWN ( JOHN PIPS) WITH IN THE AREA AND THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THAT NAME . THEY WILL CALL ALL THOSE PEOPLE ATTEMPTING TO HAVE SOMEONE WITH THAT NAME PAY OFF THAT PERSONS DEBT EVEN IF ITS NOT THEIRS. IF THEY HAVE YOUR SSI, BANK INFORMATION THEY MIGHT HAVE BOUGHT IT OFF LINE WHICH IS LEGAL BUT BAD. THIS IS MAJOR PART OF THE ILLEGAL SCAM.

I got a call from this company, saying that the sheriff's office was going to my company tomorrow to arrest me for not paying a payday loan and committing internet fraud (my home address has recently changed, thus the fruad).  The caller had a heavy Indian accent, said name was Brad Smith.  I asked for his company details and phone number, and the company name and number of the payday loan company but "Mr. Brad Smith" would not answer.

I received a call on today 2/11/09 from this number stating I got a payday loan from Quick Cash and haven't paid but that is a lie because I have paid off these payday loans and I have the receipts to prove it.  I wish that they would stop calling me at work trying to SCAM people out of money..
