I'm getting a call from 21340000872 (there's an extra #??) every day around 5-5:30pm. Nobody ever picks up, it's just dead air and then it disconnects.

Mine read 213-4000-0872, but  a name came up - last name first, as AVETISYAN HAKOB.
No message - he/she/it hung up.

Be careful, their fraud is to actually get you to call them back and complain.
They'll do anything to get you to call them. Make "appointments" and never plan to show up, since they can't even if they wanted to, they're not even in the country.They keep calling to end up on your missed call list. They sometimes even call you in the middle of the night to anger you to want to call them back and complain. The number is an international number, that if you call it back, it gets charged something ridiculous like $15.00 per minute. Once you call them you'll end up getting put on hold a lot, anything to get you to stay on as long as possible.

4/23 11:18 PDT  Just tried once more.  Call blocker is not working properly.  ID and number blank on phone but shows number on blocker.

4/08 18:29 PDT Again, strange number, no ID and message just weird noise and mechanical voice saying good-bye.  So fed up with this crap.  7th or 8th call today!!

Scamming construction co. they use several spoofed numbers that all end in 0872. Blocking every version I can find with youmail.com  They will not come hurt you Janv. Give the police the number and put them on alert. Let them know you've been threatened. It's probably easier to bring them down with making threats than telephone fraud. They are desperate or just hucksters who will just move on until they can scam someone.

I picked up the first phone and said that I didn't want to talk to them but they called again - first recorded message was: 'go to hell' and in the second message they are threatening me to come to unwanted appointment re: construction services - they know my address and are coming anyway! I am scared and ready to call police. But first I will take a picture if they will show at the door!

4-3-14 213-400-000-872 BLOCKED caller ID showed cell phone caller. I never answer unknown callers, if they don't leave a message that says "leave a message, if I don't know you.... you don't know me.", I BLOCK them.......

same ol' thing, one phishing call and then dozens of illegal telemarketing fraudsters ensue. So Laguna Hills, who are they, solar energy, home refi, home remodel?

These scammers violate the Do Not Call list. It showed up on my caller id as 21340000872.   I made an appointment with them for tomorrow night at 5pm.  They waste my time I will do the same to them. I hope the idiot enjoys rush hour traffic.

3/26 15:48 PST  Caller ID actually reads 2134-000-0872 Which is pretty weird.  Rang thru to voicemail, but no message actually left, just dead air.  Was on phone with a different call, but since no ID indicated, wouldn't have answered anyway.

Keep getting calls from this number.  My phone shows that its coming from Algeria.  I hear a voice, but they never speak.  I'm getting tired of daily calls!
