Just got a call from this company. No message. Googled number! Beware! Beware! Beware! They tried to scam my son for $700.  Block them and report them.

Got a call...nothing but dead air...hung up

I received a call today, just a few minutes age from a lady named Ebony Watson from a this cellular number: (213-504-5300). but she told me that the message for the intended person should call this business number: (1-877-552-5924) extension 54646. And I asked her what business is she calling from and she said "Client Services Incorporated" but clearly she called from a cell number!.... It doesn't make since!

This call came up as a cell phone in the caller ID.  They did not leave a message.

Came up on caller id as a cell number. Did not leave voice mail.

"You have problems with your computer."  Really?  Why would you be calling me?  He hung up; same thick accent everyone is getting.  

Just received a similar call, but she said she was from Bank of America...however I don't have an account with them. They were trying to verify my birthdate. When I refused they asked for my middle initial, they asked if it was a 'y' when I replied no they said sorry we have the wrong person. TOTAL SCAM don't answer their questions!!!

We have gotten several calls today from this number.  It shows the number in the name of our caller id.  They hang up each time we answer.

Rude b*****d. asked for presided and  hang up.

Tried to pull the old "I'm calling from Windows" and and your PC is infected.

I received a call from this number last evening.  The man claimed to be conducting a political survey for the McLaughlin Group.  I answered his questions.  When I asked him who was paying for this survey, he would not give me the name but said it was a left leaning group.   When I asked him his name he said:  Albert Venajan.  I doubt this was true since I think this man is dead.  

Just received a call from this number. Woman with very thick Indian accent came on-line and said she was from Windows PC Care, that they were receiving reports that my computer was sending out scam messages due to a malicious file and she wanted for me to get on my computer and she would help me find and remove the malicious file. Had a real problem understanding her. She refused to let me take to anyone else or even get her supervisor on the phone. I told her thank you, I would do the search myself. She said I couldn't do that because it was a hidden file we would be looking for. Told her I do not hand control of my computer over to anyone on a blind call. She insisted that only her and her company could find the file. When I then told her no, I could do it because I have been working with computer systems and PC for 41 years and the last 27 as IT Security for the federal government and needed to speak directly with her supervisor, she immediately hung up. BUSTED! Don't think I'll be getting any more calls from them.

Oh, by the way, I looked up and attempted to call the toll free number for Windows PC Care...it is not in service! Hint! Hint!

This number calls my house several times a month. I use to answer there were various reason why they were calling. I tried to block them but call block won't accept the number. Now I just don't answer

My computer has a slow run time and has a personality of its own doing what it wanted to do at times and found it annoying.  So this guy calls up and asks me to run this program over the net.  Look I'm stuck in a dead end town to begin with with flirtations and stories of them hanging my folks across the bridge not to mention the subtleties of cannibals yet this earth has got me scared in the Dino senses.  Anyway I thought the man sounded like an Asian accent then all of a sudden he tried to get me to send him $99 over Western Union and ended up unplugging the computer when he was trying to send the funds thru India and suddenly he was speaking with an India accent.  Well the first time I paid this man was for $50 then $25 the next month and $25 to go.  He promised me a new operating system that was not windows and I still work with windows.  He merely put a fence up and blocked all the hacking attempts within this system here.  Funny thing is I did not care what he done to the system it could not get any worse.  Ya see it felt like my memory was being cloned copied repaired for my story is not of an easy life.  I black out a lot yet have not done it in years I fear the day.  I wrote the Matrix somewhere between 1983 and 1985 and seem to be stuck in a lapse of time.  Funny thing is I am an expert in science software development yet have no clue about operating systems we use from day to day.  DevinMerrill.blogspot

Yea I got the same call he said he was from windows and someone had hacked my computer and I made him feel stupid after about 3 mins and then he hung up on me.

Got call two days in a row from this number claiming to be from Windows and had a foreign accent and going to walk me through getting rid of a virus that was making my computer run slow, etc.   I knew what he was up to and let him think I was doing what he told me to for a few minutes, then when he ask what I seen- I told him I seen a jack*** trying to scam me and a few more words I don't care to mention!

I just received a call from this number and spoke to a woman with a thick Indian accent. She claimed she was from Microsoft and was receiving messages from my computer that it had downloaded a virus. I hung up immediately.

Same number called US today, 213-504-5300, and "IF" one of the messages I erased off my machine was from them, it was loud, static-y, and unintelligible.

I am on the "do not call registry."  I keep getting calls from 213-504-5300 but when I return them I get a message saying if I don't want any of their special marketing offers I should press "1".  No ID on who or what company is calling.

I pick up the phone and said hi twice and in a thick and deep voice and said hello and he hung up

Call was from a woman with a thick accent telling me my computer had an infection.  Couldn't really understand what she was saying so she passed the phone to a man with an even thicker accent, telling me that when I bought my Windows computer, I got a service that would call me whenever I had an infection.  They kept insisting my computer was infected but I work in an office with multiple Windows computers.  They wanted to walk me through removing items from the registry.  Could barely understand a word they were saying and figured this was a total scam so I hung up.

I got this same call.  I wonder when something is going to be done about these people.

this was a call from a man with a very thick accent.  he said he was from windows technical support. he said my computer had many corrupt files and viruses and my computer could stop working any time. he was going to help me fix it. we got disconnected and then he called back and asked why i hung up. then he told me to go to my computer and turn it on. i told him i wasn't by my computer cause i wasn't at home and he hung up again.

A man with a foreign accent Made repeated back to back harassing calls to one of the departments at the company where I work and was asking to speak with a particular team member. The office staff was unbale to accept other calls and/or make calls because he'd hang up and call back immediately. He used profanity and made threats. An office staff representative had to go to another office to use the phone to call my office in the security department to report this. Calls such as this are often received by our switchboard and dipatch room. Can't the FCC o someone put a stop to it?

Caller asked for the owner. When told he was not here, he repeatedly said Im sorry I didnt hear you, I'm sorry what was that? So I hung up, saved in address book under "peanut butter ears". Just another loser who needs a real job.

Calls have come for the last two days...just silence then a very soft woman's voice says "Goodbye."  Sort of spooky.  Would love to see them stopped.

CallerID Name was same as CallerID number. I didn't answer.  Left message saying: 'your request to be removed from our calling list will be fulfilled immediately'

These are just one of many scammers who solicit citizens without cause. From the complaints listed on this site, it seems as though they offer a variety of scams that are fraudulent.

funny... this number is all over the board... i got a call today and he said his name was "Sam" (not) and that he was with Microsoft Windows technical support and something is wrong with my computer.  i pushed him and asked his company name, and then i said... and exactly what are you telling me and he said.... Nothing.. and hung up...
