Calls every day, when you push "1" to speek to a rep, they hang up on you when you ask to be taken off the list. It is an ad for lower CC intrest rates.

Claimed to be Experian and wanted to reduce my interest rate but needed to verify I was in good standing and would need my credit card number to do so.  I wanted verification they were Experian first.  They hung up.

Got a call at work, paged, people think I have bad credit with a credit card company calling me.  Sad thing is I called back to tell them not to call me and got a recording.

just got a call from this number.  said they were "client services" and could lower the interest rate of my credit cards. i asked which one?  he said all, they work for mastercard, visa, etc.  then he asked me if i had over $4000 in credit card debt.  when i said no, he hung up on me!  scammers!!!!!!

Seems to be the same company as the numbers below.

I got the call a few times.  Even after hitting 2 to be taken off the list.  So I hit 1.  The lady hung on me after she said she represented my visa and mastercard credit cards, when i continued to ask which one she hung up.  The call I just got the guy said, "I'm going to raise the rates on all your credit cards, just check out your statement next month...what you don't think I have the power to do it"  I repsonded with "I can't believe you just said that"...he hung up on me.  how do these people sleep at night?

Calls all the time! I used to answer it, but no one would respond so I would hang up. The one time I waited to her an answer I heard a recorded message. I always answer and hang up with out saying hello now.

cell phone from california 1 213 504 7098 SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number showed up on my caller id at work...glad I googled it before doing anything else.

Call to my work #. When I asked that my # be removed from their call list. Respondent said "NO" ( very firmly). I said this IS MY WORK # and I HAVE NO
issues with credit, and he said "NO".
Then respondent hung up.

THIS has got to stop!! annoying and disruptive to my work!!

Caller ID said cell phone California.  Automated message offered me a reduction on my interest rate press 1 for more info, press 2 to opt out.  I pressed one and spoke to a guy who said he was with Experian and because I had made my payments on time for the last six months I was eligible for an interest rate reduction on all my credit cards.  He asked me if I had any credit cards with an interest rate over ten percent, what the amount was on that card and how much total credit card debt I had.  He then told me he would need to first verify that I was not overdue or overbalance on one of those cards to make sure I was eligible.  He asked me for the 800 number on the back of my credit card.  He then asked me for my credit card number.  I told him I was not comfortable doing that because I did not have proof that he was who he said he was.  He then told me he would see what he could do and then put me on hold.  A lady then came on the line and tried to tell me that they needed  to verify that I was eligible and then they would call my credit card company with me on the line and work out a reduced rate and I could then accept it or reject it.  I again told her I was not going to give her my credit card without some verification that she was who she said she was.  She told me she was going to save me three thousand dollars.  I told her that I would rather pay the three thousand dollars and be safe but that if she could give me some verification I would love to save the money.  She then hung up on me.  Obviously a scam to get my credit card number.  Looking back I can see a few more clues that it was a fraud-they did not know my name, what credit card companies I had cards with and several things they should have known if they were legitimately Experian.  Don't give your credit card number out over the phone!

recorded message saying they had tried to reach me repeatedly and this was my final call about my supposedly unpaid credit card balance.

Tried to call back both numbers...the 603-214-3346 was busy, but the 213-504-7098 had an automated system to get off the call list. I didn't do it, but thought I woudl throw that out there...

Calls several times a day. Does not leave any message. Very annoying.
