Who is this, they call and dont speak and then when I call back the number is busy

i also got a call and i dont even know who they are?? why do they just hang up on you after a few hellos hello anyone there?? and i tryed calling back and was busy.. the whole time.

get calls on land line,,and cell phone every day.don't have any idea who they are,or what they want.

I get 4 or 5 calls a day.  I don't answer because I don't know who it is.  I am on the DNC list, but I guess they don't care.

They started calling me today.  They called twice I didn't answer and no voice mail. When I called it back I got a recording that said someone would be with me shortly but I was on hold for 20 minutes before I got tired of it and hung up.  I don't know who it is or why they are calling and I can't get anything out of anyone.

This number just called me and it is Dish NEtwork. Indian guy I tell not to call yet he calls back minutes later.

I am on no call list.  Get calls from number on a regular basis.  Don't answer because I don't recognize number.

Called my home and rang one time.  I waited to see the number and it was the number posted here.  What is with these people.  I am listed as a "do-not-call" number!!

when I answer the phone there is no-one on the other end. and this number is being called at 7am, ah I work nights. lose my number....

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING ME!  A COUPLE TIMES A DAY.  I RECENTLY APPLIED FOR A PAY DAY LOAN AND I THINK IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THAT.  IF ANYONE HAS FURTHER INFORMATION PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

THIS NUMBER SHOWS UP ON MY USUALLY DURING THE DAYTIME BUT WHEN I RETURN THE CALL, THE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY. I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER LATELY STARTING JUST THIS MONTH HOPEFULLY IT STOPS. I NEVER ANSWER, I WAIT FOR A VOICE MESSAGE, BUT NONE.

Calls numerous times a day. I try to call back and no one answers.

They called asking for someone who had our home # previously.  I guess this person had a lot of debt because I get various calls from various agencies.  This was just another...when I told them that person didn't have this ph # he proceeded to try and get me into their debt program.  I informed him not to call me back, I have no debt....Will report again if they call back.

caller said he was from Debt Solutions from Ca. connection was very bad and noisy in the background. When I said that we were on a Do Not Call List he ended the call

They are trying to get credit info and I hang up but tell them to put me on a no call list but they still keep calling

This # calls everyday and says nothing and doesnt leave a VM. I told a guy with an Indian accent not to call me again but he did, and when i reminded him that i told him to remove my # from his list, he hung up on me while i was speaking!!! This is a debt solution solicitor.

I have only gotten this call a few times, but they just called me again now. When I called back they said it was an international number

These people call at all hours of the day and night. When I answer the phone they hang up. When I try to return the call the line is busy!!!

Just received a call from this number - Have no clue who they are - any one know.

I received a call from this number daily for over a week.  Finally answered and after a pause, a man with an Indian accent came on to offer me a free credit consultation.  When I said I wasn't interested and asked him to remove me from their call list, he asked "sure, but don't you have any debt?" To which I replied "none that I would like to discuss with you".

I think this resulted from an online payday loan application from some time ago.
