Got a call from (213) 689-4370. They left no message so called back thinking it might be one of my visiting relatives from overseas -- but the number has been disconnected.
Google search shows the number belonging to:

Getting so sick of getting calls on my cell phone and people that are calling not polite enough to leave a friggin voice message ...I don't answer any calls that I don't recognize, so that being said...if it was important, then guess they would leave me a message to call them back. Tough Luck otherwise!

I've gotten 2 calls from this number over the past couple of months. I have my suspicions about how my number, which I've had for the past 4 yrs, has been receiving spam texts and calls from unknown numbers immediately after I declined an upgrade with Verizon salesman in the Southern California area (though I am Northern California). Anyway, I, too, have attempted to call the number back immediately after receiving the call and get the recording that the number is disconnected.
Very annoying.
