I'm am getting extremely pissed off at these friggin' morons. I don't even have a credit card! I have received call after call after call. I've asked everytime they've called to remove me from their list, yet they still call. Now when they call, I call them every name in the book, they just hang up. Who do I complain to? I don't want their calls, I'm tired of being interupted.

Call this telemarketing scammer and have some fun....

My favorite so far - called them, said I had to switch to another phone, put on hold, called again and did a conference call with two of them.. took them about 25 seconds before they figured out they were talking to each other....freaking morons...
When they ask how much your debt is, tell them so crazy number like 750,000, cause your in the New York gov't and the call girls are expensive...it's fun to hear them get frustrated and hang up on you....
The 800 number should be free.

I receive calls from 213-710-8151 and 909-984-8164 and they're both just automated messages from Jay Moore. When you call the 800 number back it refers you to an overseas telemarketer who hangs up if you ask to be removed. When I called back Id get a different person. This last time I got the same person who got nasty in a sexual way. This went on for about 30 seconds before I got nasty back. She then told me that she was sending a bomb to my house and that I should leave within the next five minutes. Ive contacted the No Call list about it and  my wireless provider and theres nothing that can be done.

I kept receiving phone calls from the following numbers: 213-710-8151, 408-651-8146, 562-288-7191.  These 3 numbers are linked to the same company (debt conslidation).  When ever you r/c a call from these numbers, call the company back at least 8 - 10 times.  When you call back demand to be taken off the calling list or hang on the person (they way the hang up on you).  So far that works and I haven't r/c a call from these guys yet.

Jay Moore from this number also called us.  He said to call 1-800-693-1949 back despite his caller ID saying 562-288-7191.

Can something be done about this when people are already having a hard time figuring out who to trust for debt reduction?

Thank you.

These people are annoying and the FTC no call does nothing!
Take matters in you own hands.
If calling them back does not cost you anything, some people have free long distance, some have free nights, Keep calling them back!
Do not threaten them but ask them to be removed from the list of calls.
After they hang up on you call back. Keep doing it! Ask your friends to do it too.
This will tie up there lines and personel.
You are just trying to be removed from there list. It can overload there computers., phone lines and personel. In other words strangle them and cost them money.
Spread the word!

I am sick and tired of this guy calling me.  I have requested they remove my number from their call list at least 20 times in the last 6 months.  I have reported their numbers to the national do not call registry numerous times and yet they still call.  They are are rude and hang up if you even begin to mention your complaint.  If I ask for Jay, they always say he's busy and say they can help.  How do I get these morons to stop calling???

I've been dealing with these vermin for the better part of an hour, but I have to say I've been having some real fun with them....the caller ID says "Datalink" and they appear to be a debt reduction company.

When I picked up the phone an automated recording started yammering on about their services, and instructs the listener to press "1" to speak to an agent about reducing their debts.  I pressed "1" to ask them to remove my number from their calling list, but as soon as they hear this they hang up.  That's when I went absolutely ape s**t.

For the next 15 minutes, I called their number and to try to get them to remove my number, and each time they just hung up.  Luckily, though, I kept getting through to the same two or three reps (I could tell by the sound of their voices).  I just kept calling, kept calling, kept calling....some times I dialed directly, but most times I dialed *67 first to block my number from appearing on their caller ID.

FINALLY, one of the reps, sounding completely frustrated, blurted out the following, "Your number will be removed, ok?  Happy now?!", and abruptly hung up.  Of course, I wasn't satisfied, so I kept calling for another 20 minutes, each time stating the following, "I'd like to speak to a manager, please".  Of course they kept hanging up, so this was starting to turn into a bit of a stalemate.

I was getting a little bored, so I changed tactics a little bit and actually responded "yes" when the rep asked if I'd like to speak to an agent about reducing my debts.  She asked some questions about the kind of debts I had, and I replied with bogus info.  About 5 minutes into this, she said I'd be transferred to a supervisor who would then process my application.

After about a 5 minute hold, she got back on the line and asked "Did you call about 10 minutes ago to have your number removed?", to which i replied "yes" (luckily, this time I'd forgotten to hit *67 first).

THIS is where it got really fun for me:)

Clearly frustrated, she actually asked me, "Sir why are you wasting my time?".  In my calmest, most arrogant voice I said, "Because you've wasted mine".

She hung up, of course, and then I went back to calling to ask for a manager.  This went on for quite a while, with the same poor, unfortunate souls picking up the line each time and quickly hanging up when I asked for a manager.  About 10 or 15 calls into this game, one of the reps FINALLY broke down and said that the manager on duty was on break and would return in 30 minutes.  Whether or not this was true was, for me, irrelevant.  The point was that I finally broke her down and forced her to set aside her stupid little phone script and speak to me like a human being.

Feeling all smug and tingly inside from the victorious rush of adrenaline known only to gamblers, cokeheads, and Navy SEALS, I ended my little revenge campaign, and went about my business, secure in the knowledge that I had throroughly ruined the mornings of no less than 3 telemarketers.

Something tells me I won't be hearing from these maggots again anytime soon:)
I hate Jay Moore!

Joe you are a freakin genius!!! I did the same thing and had so much fun doing it!  My husband, brother, and sister all started calling back and either yelling in the phone to take me off their call list, squealing in really high pitched voices or playing along like we were in severe debt. If we played along we would give them really bogus totals and names.  My personal favorite name we gave:  Takme Ofurlist.  I don't think they will be calling anymore!  I think if everyone did this for 20 minutes, maybe they would get a hint!  These people suck!

Here is what you do. Get one of those air horns that they use to use at basketball games. Keep calling them back. Once they answer let loose on the horn right in their ear.

If they want to get nasty, get nasty back. Fight fire with fire I say. It is a load of fun! They will get the message and quite calling.

Please...Please...Please...... stop calling the 1-800-639-1949. This number belongs to us, not to Jay More. I don't know why they are giving out our number. This has been happening to us for about 5 weeks now. We are a small non-profit in NH. We really can not afford to keep getting calls on our 800 number all the time. The pointer for our 800 number has even been changed twice in the last 2 weeks so that we get some of our calls and they get some of our calls. Our phone company is working really hard to change this, but they have never seen this type of problem. I have tried calling the 213-710-8151 to ask them to stop and they pretend they can't hear me and hang up. We have filed complaints with both the NH Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission. Please help us out by filing your own complaints. Our FTC complaint reference number is 13367743. Please reference it when you call. I would also like to thank anyone who has reached the office here for being so nice and understanding once the situation was explained to you.

Same deal here with me.  Tried to play nice at first, got hung up on.  So I just spent the last 30 minutes calling and giving fake info, and then yelling "HAHAHAHAHAHAA, I don't wan't your services dumby!  I want you to take my name off of your call list!"  The last time I called, they answered by saying "YOur number has been taken off of the list.
Unfortunatly for them, I found this to be a fun activity.  I think I will be calling back some more!
