They left a message stating that they were calling from the Clippers but wanted to know if I had any interest in seeing the Lakers or Heat. Weird.

I recieved a called from this number yesterday.  I spoke to a guy name John.  He was talking about selling Clipper tickets.

Just got a call from 2137427397...the person left a voicemail identified himself as John from the Los Angeles clippers. He knew my name and asked me to call back at 2137634642.....I dont recall ever showing any interest towards clippers/clipper tickets as im a lakers fan...lol

I just got a call from this number.  When I answered there was no one there just sounds of typing and paper rustling.  Then whoever it was just hung up.  If your going to call at least have the courtesy to actually say something even if it's oops wrong number.

called back and recording stated call was made from the STAPLE CENTER.
called the main line and secretary stated they could not track the
call becasue it could have came from anyone of their departments.

personally, I wouldn't mind some tickets to a sporting event at the Staple Center,
but just don't prank call us. LOL!

If you know you have the wrong number - say so!  They always call, sit there, then hang up.  I just called Staples 213-742-7100 and was transferred to the Telcom center and was told that that number is a "default" number and cannot be tracked. There is nothing they can do the lady said.  That is BS.  How did they get my cell number?  She also said the call could be coming from a sales person. She was dismissive, which irked me.

This is a restaurant called ESPN Zone in los angeles. They give away Clippers ticket from time to time.

same.  got a call on 1/27 at 11:30ish am and left no vmail.  it would mak sense that its about clipper tickets....i did sign up for some online.
