Who is this?

I have picked up a time or two without thinking. They are marketing I suspect. They keep asking for who is in charge of the power bill but since mine is included in my rent they say thank you and hang up. They have called many many times and always ask the same question and I always give the same reply.

Caller ID just said California call.  They called numerous times without leaving a msg.  I called it back and the recording said it is Accent Energy.

No name on caller id just says california call. i called the number and it answered as accent energy. guess they want me to change power companies due to New York deregulating electric and gas companies.
