Justflowers.com TERRIBLE service, by the way... husband ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. Now it's 3 days later, still no flowers. Never again!!!

They missed my mother who lives alone on Mothers Day .... AN IMPORTANT ONE, Did not have courtesy to return call, or send email. Do not order flowers through this company

Spent 10 minutes with a dummy placing an order only to be told after all info gathered- we can't deliver to hospitals.

justflowers.com; called five times in a row, and seem not to listen to the answering machine message that says "here are our business hours"
They use Teleflora, so there's no reason to keep calling over and over; there's an electronic system available to take orders hours 24/7

They left a message on my phone with a number. When I called the number it was for call girls.

This number is from JustFlowers called our local flower shop for an order for specific types of flowers and colors delivered within 4 hours. They never take a second choice from their customer so they can blame the local shop for not delivering what was ordered.

They have called my phone 8 times in a row please find out who and busy them for there scam

I just called a call from this number. It is the floral company 'JustFlowers' (website:www.justflowers.com) with a sales pitch for Valentine flowers by offering them at a reduced rate.

We are a flower shop and I recognize the number when it shoes up on caller ID. They call at least once a week, today all they did was hang up. I am betting they are preparing for Valentines Day and trying to see which shops will still answer their call. We will not be accepting orders for Valentines Day from order gatherers this year, but thanks for the hang up call anyway.

I somehow got to the JustFlowers site from the obituary for a family member. I just wanted to know what the cost would be for the "guaranteed" 4 hour delivery so I entered all of my info but then decided to just call my local florist. They must have retained my number because they started calling within 10 mins after I backed out of the transaction. It just showed Los Angesles, CA for the caller ID, I live in MS, so I didn't answer. They called 3 more times without leaving a number so I googled it and found all of these messages. I just blocked the number and I'll definitely use my local florist from now on.

I called to order a plant for a friend and chose not to complete the order. The associate on the other end asked for a call back number which I did not provide. My number is blocked/restricted but I received 3 calls back from this person. When I attempted to contact a supervisor/customer service agent to determine how they got my number, they could not tell me. My question...what's the point of having blocked numbers if people still can retrieve them and bother you because you chose not to purchase from their company?

I also received an email informing me of the substitution with a link to their policy. From a client point of view, I see nothing wrong. However, I'm not the florist receiving the wake-up calls.
| L 2013-10-18 19:33:50 Unknown |
I just received a call from them. There was no one on the line when I first answered, then they left a hang up message, then a real message. The message was something about replacing asters in the bouquet and to return the call if I had a problem with it. I hope all goes well. The hard thing is that you often don't see the final product that is delivered when you order online.

I was in the middle of placing an order with justflowers.com, but closed my browser before paying (decided not to order). Then I got two calls in a row from this number. Answered the second time and there was silence on the line; nobody there. This number is blocked now (thanks iOS 7!)

That is because most flower shops are very small operations and only have few days off a year. When you are running on a low number of employees it is difficult to have days off. There are a large amount of shops like ours where we work 6 days a week and get very few holidays off.
A good rule of thumb is that if you can't find a local florist the .coms will have an even harder time. We have stopped taking order from most of the .coms because of their business practices. For example, we got an order that included a greeting card. The customer paid $3.99 for that card but the company only sent us $1.99 and out of the $1.99 we would only get $1.40.

Justflower.com called me because I ordered birthday flowers for my sister, and the local florist ran out of helium for the 3 balloons I ordered. They offered to ADD more flowers to the arrangement and needed my approval. I approved. Lets see how it gets to her, they said delivery will be an hour from now. I had to look up the number bc I do not answer unknown numbers.

They call my shop all the time with cheap orders. I have nothing but problems with them so most of the time i don't except there orders unless they have good value. I to have complained to FTD but they still keep calling and sending it through mercury. I really think if all the florists stop taking there orders they will not be around for long. When I call FTD sometimes I swear the voice talking back to me is a Just Flowers person. I really wonder if FTD has more of a connection with that outfit than we know ????

It's "Just Flowers" - they are an order gatherer who calls flower shops to try to get someone to deliver last minute, super cheap, flower orders.

They left a message but the woman's accent was so heavy I couldn't understand much. Something about a discount if I go online.

I ordered flowers on a Thursday and they set up delivery for Monday and not the next day. I contacted. Justflowers.com after 3:30pm for delivery confirmation and they said there was a problem with the type of flowers ordered the local florist did not have them. I went online to find a local florist to begin with!! After putting me on hold multiple times, the young lady then said they could not deliver to the residence that I requested. I was on hold another 15-20 minutes to speak with a manager. I did call while holding on another line and this gentleman was much more quicker to respond. I cancelled my order and will follow through to make sure my credit card is credited.

I also have a flower shop & receive innumerable calls from them daily. I can no longer remember how many times I have politely requested to be taken off their call list. Now when I get a hang-up or off hours call I call them back & tie up their ORDER LINE 213-867-0630 and play stupid. Then I use telemarketter tactics to keep them on the phone as long as possible. If you've got some down time, this is actually FUN! Plus you build your skills for having fun with all the other poor schmoes who tele-market you in the future. For instance, practice foreign accents, act really drunk or forgetful and refer to men as 'Mam' and ladies as 'Mister' or say 'yes, sir' a lot...

I needed to order flowers for a funeral on Dec. 26. Would you believe I could not find an open flower shop in the city where the funeral was to take place-----
Why would a shop need to closed the day after a holiday? That was when I resorted to justflowers.com, paid their fee, and sure enough, no flowers were delivered. Nearly fifty bucks down the drain.

Beware of the on line order gathers that are not brick and mortor florist. They are only in the game of taking your money without you receiving the full value. If they cannot give you directions to their shop or say they are "a delivery only" shop they do not exist except to take your money and then try to find the cheapest flowers. You the customer are keeping the order gathers in business. You have a "wire service", it's your computer's search engin. Enter the word florist, the town, the state where you need flowers delivered. It's that easy. We as florist are here to serve you, to interpret your emotions into beautiful flower arrangements to meet your needs. We care because this is the business we love.

Your local florist is the only way to order. besides for justfloweras there are many others. unless you are going ftd/teleflora DO NOT ORDER OFF THE WEB!!! all these companies out there are just selling you a photo of flowers, for lets say 69.99. well by the time i recieve the order they have pulled out the 9.99 delivery and a 20% "finders fee" if you will... so then we get an order for $54... it just isnt right. shop local. your local florist can wire the order to another florist if its needed to go out of town. or better yet, if you want to save apenny, look up a florist online in the town you are sending to.
also avoid wesleyberry floral too, a customer of mine, who wasnt at the time, ordered form them, paid $95 for an arrangment that was sent to us for $50. think local, shop local!

Caller ID reads Vitelity, LLC. Annoyingly calls repeatedly within minutes.

They hung up when I answer.
