The calls i was getting were from California, i guess he was just after money but he did something worse to me, me health has been awful ever since that call.. I hope to God that he changes his ways...

hey we had a stalking caller he called here seveeral times we called the police they said he had been arrested in mAY and is in prison in connecticut doing one to five for phone stalking just so you know, he shouldnt be bothering anyone from prison at least.........

he lives in connecticut in canton , he is a fine guy and he takes care of my children all 14 we have together he is a godlike creature god bless him save jesus , tt.

the name paul roberts is very real he lives in canton and sometimes 11 tamarack st. in windsor i should know he lives here on weekends ,he is proud of his impersonations and the judicial system and police get a charge outof it too he keeps us on our toes they say meanwhile he is set to go on trial  enfield criminal ct. end of may 2012 check it out; p. e. roberts born 1958 12 dunham rd. canton ct.

I just had the same call. Sad I ordered something from Dominican Republic that had been confiscated 5 years ago at the border.  He did not ask for money, but told me i should go to a police station in 5 minutes.  I told him that was impossible, and he said someone would be here to arrest me in 3-5 minutes.  Then he hung up.

Glad I ran across this post.  Just got the same call at work.  "Paul Roberts" left message.  Called the number back.  Just rang, then busy signal.  Called back gave fake name.  Put me on hold to get "the file".    Left on hold several minutes.  When he came back on line, he started the "talk" about ongoing investigation.  Asked him why the would be investigating Walgreens.  He continued talking.  Asked him for his federal ID number.  He said he had a badge number.  I asked him again for his federal id number (which every federal employee must have).  He then hung up.

I got woke up this morning with this same call, liked to scared  me to death. I dont remember the first officers name but he transferred me to his supervisor over the case whose name was Michael Falley or something or other. He gave me the same threats three to five years in prison in the dominican republic. Asked for 2,000 to be wired from my bank to them. I told him it would take over an hour to get to the bank and back home, he said he knew where i was and that it wouldnt take that long to get to the bank and back, so he was gonna just let them arrest me.. I called two attorneys and the county clerks office and they all said it must be a scam. So i called the phone company to have my number changed and they said it definately was a scam and gave them this website to look at..These people are evil and need taken care of..

My husband received a call this morning from Spec. Agent Paul Roberts stating he needed to talk to me about an ongoing federal investigation into a pharmacy that I used.  I called the number back and was told a package from the Dominican Republic that was addressed to me had been intercepted and contained illegal drugs.  Also questioned me about a diet drug that I supposedly had ordered in 2007.  Told me there was a federal warrant out for my arrest and I would be sent to prison in the Dominican Republic.  He said to keep it strictly confidential and tell no one and then put me on hold while he pleaded my case with his supervisor.  I was informing my boss while I was waiting and he came back on the line wanting to know who I was talking to.  I told him and he said he was sending the federal agents to pick me up. Still waiting...........

Called and asked for my husband. Said he was "Special Agent" something or other from FDA (trying to sound very military) and wanted me to take number for a callback. I asked what he was calling about and he said an investigation. I told him I didn't believe him and he fumbled a little and told me to just have my husband call him. Whatever... Total scam. We've gotten this kind of call before. I hate scammers.

It scared me to death!  when I told them I was recording the conversation they told me it was confidential and not to do that, then they hung up on me.  I called the number back and Roberts answered the phone and told me to hold cutting the line again.  the 3rd time I called back the line rings a fast busy....Thank you so much for the reply!

just got this call.  it is a scam.  They say they are going to arrest you for ordering weight loss meds over the internet.  This is the 2nd call I have received like this.  First call I got his badge info etc and told them I was going to call my lawyer.  never heard from them again.  Second time, I just hung up.  If it were legit, they would just come arrest you.  Not ask for money.

I too rec'd a call from a man claiming to be an FDA Agent calling from 213-985-3490 alleging I ordered drugs in 2007 from an illegal online pharmacy and that I could face 3-5 years in jail.  He then transferred me to his supervisor named Steven Gibbs his supervisor.  He said he spoke with the US Attorney office.  He will talk to them on my behalf and if they ever see my name again they will not call him again.  He said the conversation needs to be kept confidential and he will see if he can keep me from being arrested!!  What in the world is this!!!!!

Received a threatening call from the "FDA" alleging I bought pills over the Internet.  Spoke to two "FDA" agents, Lou Kennedy and John Mason, who assured me there is a Dominican Republic arrest warrant for me to appear in court Monday but if I fill out some papers and send them $2,000 plus the promise to never order pills over the I'net they would make it all go away.  They hung up on me when I said I need to see the papers and have my lawyer look them over.

Same story as other posts.  U/I male called stating that he was law enforcement and discussing criminal charges for past purchase of out-of-country medications.  I have forwarded the information and phone number to the FDA and FBI.

I have received phone messages from this guy twice now. Claims to be from the FDA about an investigation of a pharm company. He leaves a number I should call with an extension number, #788. When I return the call there is a woman's voice with a  British accent that asked to leave a message. I am unable to enter the extension #.

I got this call this morning.  This man seemed to know my home address, know a bit of history on me, and said he was sending federal agents to my house in 3-5 minutes.

I got a call this morning from a Paul Roberts claiming to be an FDA agent,  He said I was going to be arrested in 3-5 minutes for ordering pills over the internet.

My wife just got a call this morning from FDA Rodgers. Caller ID came up as us government 777. Agent Rodgers said my wife was going to be arrested for purchasing some weight loss medication from 5 years ago because we didnt have a doctors prescription. He said she was going to do 3-5 years in jail and that the FDA agents in our area were waiting for his word to come and get her. I was on the other line the whole time just listening and when I jumped into the conversation I started asking him questions. That's when he gave the orders to "take the house!" over his walkie talkie! I told him we would be waiting and hung up. I called our local police who came over and took a report. Still waiting on the FDA agents to get here too! Just a scam! Never give out any info over the phone!
