Try to call 800-783-9118 (HQ in CA) and talk to customer service rep. They will remove your phone number.
If they don't stop calling you, you may proceed with legal action based on harassment and monetary damages (taking up your time and cell phone minutes wasted).

I get called from this number about 3-4 times a day. I have no idea who it is and when voice mail picks up there is no message left. It is very frustrating

I got the same phone call every other day. Sometimes, I receive twice a day.
It bothers me very much; sometimes call comes in during waiting for an important
phone call.
I call back and the tape recorder wants me to pay on-line (I never owe anything).
When I wait for the service person and never get the service person even I hold
the phone for long time.
Should I report to police?

appears to be a collector of some sort .. left a 3 second VM that was broken.
