We got a call also but also contacted my family members saying the same thing  and contacted my husbands employer stating that we had money put in our account in Feb and also something about a restraining order. We have not had any money deposited and assume this is a scam.

I received a call from this number today. The man on the line claims to be a "lawyer" named "Nicholas Barone", representing "EZ Cash Loans" an online loan "agency". He claimed that I took out a loan in 2009 and that I never repaid it. Problem is I have never taken out a loan online. He claimed it was a small loan for $250 and he would be willing to accept $1200 to close this case with out going to court. I was put on hold when I said I didn't have that kind of money to give him right now. While on hold I got another call on the other line, it was "Mr. Barone" again and he said he talked to some one and  they would be willing to accept $800 if I paid it by the end of the Nov. or $700 if I wanted to make a payment right now on the phone via my credit card... He was very very eager to get a credit card number, even if it was a friends or family members...
