this number has been calling seveal times a day, I finley answered and Layla Right was looking for someone I know and wanted ME to get a message to them said she was from the Social Security Fraud Department and to have them call her at 214-347-9378. When asked how she got my number she said it was given as a referance from the person who they were trying to contact.

I got the same message.  I'm in NV and she is talking about serving me from Texas? Seems to be very suspicious to me.

This lady calls me everyday at work and tells anyone who answers the phone that she is going to serve me with paperwork. She has called pretending to be someone else. She gets nasty with my coworkers.

This number is calling my family and continued to call everyday 15times a day. Please look into this Harrassment

Got a call from this lady yesterday. She said her name was Christina Hartmann and she was a process server and was going to serve a summons. She didn't even know my home address and asked me to give it to her to avoid the humiliation of being served at work. I DO live in Texas and I figure if a creditor was suing me, they would have my proper home address so i figured this was a scam. I asked her waht this was about and sh said some company called Perion (I asked her to spell it) was filing criminal charges against me for and old payday loan. She gave me thier number and I called. I tried calling her back after I spoke to the company (which turned out to be HYPERION apparently she cant spell or read well) and got a recording. VERY SUSPICIOUS!!

I got the same message on my home and cell phone.  I'm in NY and she is talking about serving me from Texas?  I'll have my lawyer follow up with this.  Seems to be suspicious to me.

Got call at work and at home from this number, a woman claiming to be a process server in Texas a employee of J and R Process servers.  Left no information other than she is going to serve me.  I live in PA. She never said why she as calling, what this was in reference to only that I needed to call right away as this was time sensitive.  No case number or info.  Just to call her at this number.  So  waited till I got home and called the number.  No one answers, just a recording saying this person is on the phone right now to leave a message.  Tried to locate the phone number , only got told it was a landline in Texas.  It was 10pm at night.  But that was the only info I could get and some reverse phone books couldn't even locate the number.  Do not release any info to this group if they give you a name at all or give them credit card info.  Close your bank account and watch your back.  I was told this is a tactic to get you nervous and then they show up pretending to be someone else if they are legitimate. This woman didn't even have my name right so I know they are pulling for info and the 2 calls also referenced to different counties that I am located in.  Sorry lady, I am not in either.
