We continue to get calls from this # so next time we answer we have a whistle ready!  Perhaps they will try another number next time?if they can hear that is!  Ridiculous!

This is a fake company that is trying to collect a "debt" that does not exist. Demanding payments and threatening to come to your house to collect. This person may be located overseas and has no way of getting to you. Please place your number with the Federal Do Not Call list... www.donotcall.gov.

I just recieved a voicemail on my cell which I do not give out saying his name was Tom Baucama and he had papers to deliver to me tomorrow  at a certain time and I would need two forms of id and someone to witness.

Was a very aggressive voicemail.

1) had an address I have not lived at for over 6 years
2) Work information he said he had was incorrect
3) I have not been notified of any outstanding accounts

Not sure who this is as I did call the number he told me to call 855 580 6008 and it asked for information to connect me to a correct agent.   The number he called me from was a 214 483 1616 and when I call back it rings and then goes to busy signal.

I was in the ER for treatment on 04/09 from like 8pm-3am on the 10th....I had missed a call from this number, but they didn't leave a message, so I did not concern myself with it--since then I have received like FIVE calls today telling me I have documents to sign and that I was being reported as non compliant and would be held in contempt...what?  Telling me to answer the door and stop being evasive because I was going reported.  He leaves a contact number of 855-580-6008, which is a machine labeled as "VIA IP Extention 5400" and nobody answers...the number he calls from, this "John Perry" or whatever, you can barely understand him.....sounds like a drug dealer would sound on the phone.  How absurd....he has no clue--that I answered the door TWICE because I WAS actually home for a change, that same day he "said he was at my house and I was evading him"....because I signed for a package for my neighbor and my friend stopped over to see how I was doing.  IDIOT~!  I was just investigated by Secret Service in 2012 to drive in Mitt Romney's Caravan and again by Executive Office before receiving a gubernatorial appointment just two weeks ago---how stupid do these people think we are???

Just received a call similar to many comments on this site. Extremely aggressive and rude voice ending claiming to be a courier service and stated he had a subpena. Ended with .. ''BE THERE!!

File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

Got phone call from a guy named Jimmy who was bringing sealed papers to my home tomorrow between 12-2 pm! I dont owe anyone or any companies & I have been unemployed since 2004! I live with a family & have nothing in my name yet this person called me by name!

Received a call from this number, ID says it originates from Carrollton, Texas. The sub-human plankton on the other end asked for "Jonathan". I replied that he had the wrong number and he mockingly said, "oh yeah, are you sure buddddyyy?" and then aggressively explained he had "papers from whubba whubba whubba vermiform whubbah Rockingham County whubba whubba that needed to be be signed by me at Colton road" or some b***s***. Then I corrected him and politely explained that there was no Jonathan here and that he had the wrong address. Then he hung up. Seriously low hanging fruit, Duck Dynasty-type douche. Number does not receive incoming calls. Blocked.  

We received a threatening call from a man who gave his name too fast to interpret saying that he was going to be at our house between 12-2 tomorrow to have us sign for some "paperwork". He made it clear that we would be coming and that we better be here with our ID. I've seen other posts with complaints from this same number. The really strange thing was that he did not actually say who he had paperwork for. He said if we had any questions to call an 866 number.

Got a call from someone named Channing Moore, from a courier service supposedly delivering a summons. Referred me to an 866 number, supposed to be a collection agency of some kind. When I called the 866 number I talked Joe Reynolds, who told me there was a judgement notice from some place I'd never heard of called Check n' Go that I borrowed money from, except I was out of state on the date I supposedly borrowed the money from them, and had no internet access. It also doesn't show up on my credit report.

Also, they called on my landline number, which I have never given out, nor is it listed under my name. And the place they listed as my employment was Goldencare, which I have also never heard of, and isn't listed in my local phonebook at all!

Called and told me he had papers to serve. He states I needed to call an 855 # w questions about what the papers are. Jon called back the next day informing me he was showing up at my place of employeement between 10 and 11 am. Ifi was not there he would head to my home to serve the papers and if I wasn't there he would report me as being evasive and file as if I had been served.
There are 2  problems with his back story. I have not been employeed in 7 years and he also have my home address as a place I have not lived in 4 years.  Very threatening. Does not seem legit

I just got the ame call 10 mins ago. He asked for me by name, I asked what the call was for and he hung up.... weird, huh? I tried calling back by he wont pick up.

I just got the same voicemail, who are these people they keep calling.

Says they received some paperwork from the Dan County filing party. What is a filing party? Its a Texas number and we will in Wisconsin. And they are coming over tomorrow so we should have a witness and two forms of ID.

They called themselves a courier service in the voicemails they left. They keep calling and leaving a voicemail for a guy who had my cell phone number over 5 years ago. I've tried a couple times to call back so that they stop calling but they do not answer and they do not have an answering machine so the phone just rings and rings.

Called me twice in 5 hours today and left no messages.  These vermin are incredibly annoying.  If they only put this much effort into actual work...
