Got a phone call from this number and they left a nice enough message but I know for a fact that there is not a bill owed.  I have gotten calls from the same number with a person claiming to be a law enforcement officer.  I got a valid return phone number and contact name.  Had my husband call and the guy told my husband he was a P.I. working for a man that I "was having an affair with" and that I had stolen thousands of dollars from this man.  My husband just listened to this out and out lie and finally told the guy, "thank you.  I have traced your call and I am on my over to discuss this personally."  The guy hung up and never called again.  The call today was from a woman but I know that it is a scam to get my bank info.  Never give them your bank info or credit card info.

This guy is a little off. So glad I'm not the only one. He called for my husband who is deployed and identified himself as law enforcement (which I'm pretty sure is illegal) and said he had some documents concerning a legal matter. Ordinarily I would just wait for my husband but I called back and then the weirdness commenced. Simple questions like "Yes sir, can you tell me what company this is?" or "What company are you trying to collect a debt from?" resulted in this guy literally flipping the f**k out. I kept trying to explain that I didn't feel comfortable giving the private information that he was trying to verify (like my husband's social, our address, etc) without knowing who he is or what he's representing and everytime I opened my mouth to say something he started shouting "I DON'T HAVE TO TAKE YOUR ABUSE!" *blank stare* This guy is really unstable...I ended up finding out who he represented and called them directly. Spoke with the Controller in that office (really nice guy). Come to find out we had a balance left on a retainer but we've since been transferred by the military so I wasn't getting the invoices. Long story short, set up payment arrangements with the company directly and all is good. I asked the controller about the wage garnishment Mr. Gray mentioned and was informed by the Controller that this is untrue. By law, you have to have a judgement before a judge can order a wage garnishment. SWR is a collection agency, Mr. Gray is a rep, they have no authority to do anything but refer it back to the originator and recommend legal action. Don't let these people spook you. smh

"John Gray" is a debt collector with South West Recovery Systems in DFW. A simple debt collector. A rude one but that is all he is. (They probably all call themselves John Gray)

This number called today asking to speak with a child victim of  abuse. He refused to identify himself. Was rude and refused to answer any questions when we called him back (multiple times)

Stupid Guy calling himself john gray. He called my work and left a message for me to call him back. I did he stars he was a "mediator " but don't dare ask him what company he works for because those seem to be fighting words to this wierdo. He then asked for my phone number I gave it to him and then he said it's not in the system. I was about three minutes into the insulting phone call when I asked again which company he worked for. At that point he told me that I could just wait to be served at work because I wont cooperate with him. Still do not know who this man is, or why he is calling. Somebody let me know if you figure it out. If I actually owe a REAL company money I'd like to pay them back. But for the record that john gray is steal jerk.

This gentleman identified as John Gray has continually harassed my home after hours.  I dont even owe any money.  He as identified himself as being with law enforcement which is illegal.  They have dealt with the wrong person!

Just got a call from this number telling me that he is law enforcement and he has papers to speak with me about, Telling me when calling back to use the word urgent!!!! Don't need this stress!!!!

Rick Woods... Wow.  What a character.  I guess we all need to make a living some how.

He wouldn't tell me what company he was with.  Kept making threats to me stating he would report me, hang up on me.  What the heck?  Is he for real.  At least the call was nice and short because after I asked a 3rd time what company he was with, he hung up on me.

I get calls from this number---says Rick Woods from "Client Enforcement  Division--stressing urgency that he get a call back---makes his call sound as though he is a law enforcement person using the word "enforcement"--- I do not know why he is calling---anyone who wants a callback from our company needs to state why they are calling!  We get way too many erroneous calls every day!

Tell Rick Woods he better not find out where his Office in Dallas is!!

I received a call 5/23/12 from (214)628-8534. The caller stated that I had a out standing bill and he would like to set up payment arrangment. as I about the bill he became very rude. I hang up and redail the number the same answer. the call became fight. I don't need this. I would like to know who these people are and what will be done.

I am sick of these calls from which ever number they choose to use.  I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number.  I keep children and the calls wake them up.  Also, my husband is hard of hearing and doesn't hear the phone and it rings and rings, etc and if he does answer, he can't hear what they say.  We are retired and in our late 70's and have excellant credit!!  Want them to leave this number alone!!!!!!!
