Super disappointed. I set up an appointment with Home Depot/Statewide for a remodel on our 3 bathrooms in the San Antonio area. The appointment was made 2 weeks in advance, so I took off a half day of work, rearranged a doc appointment, and arranged for a babysitter for my one year old. Thirty minutes before the appointment, they call to tell me that the salesman was not coming because he was still at his prior appointment and wanted a reschedule. I told them that I had gone through a lot of trouble to accommodate our appointment and that the sales rep should respect our scheduled time and reschedule with the other couple that was taking too much time. They told me that would not happen. I felt like they were valueing them as a customer more than me. I talked to Dwayne, the manager over the San Antonio branch, and he was super nice and promised to come out personally and give us a quote. We set up the appointment, and I was quite pleased with the response. So I took off another half day to be there to meet him and he never showed - stood up TWICE! My husband calls Statewide in DFW to let them know what happened. A man by the name of Lige Jackowski visited with him and apologized and promised to make it right and he would send someone out for a quote - just call and let him know when. So I called him last Friday, and I have yet to hear from him. Across the board - terrible customer service. I am now seeing that it is a blessing that no one came out. I do not want to do business with a company that blows me off and doesn't keep appointments. If I was the owner though, I would be livid at how my management was treating my potential customers.

Yes, the information provided by the "representative" of the company is incorrect.  They have called my number 6 times (cell phone) over the last week   When I called back, they indicated I recently asked for a quote.  FALSE.  They also said I gave them permission to contact, False.

They keep calling and annoying me.  I recognize their number and do not answer.  I blocked their number on my cell phone.  Why do you keep calling people when they don't want to talk to you?

We did not request an estimate or anything and they called this afternoon around 4:56 wanted more information.  Sorry, but not gonna do it!  I have no freaking idea how they got our number, but we did NOT request any estimate!

If anyone here has a problem with my company please call me at 214-677-9000. we are not trying to be a bother to anyone. we do not call people unless they have given us their phone number and signed a free eatimate request. thanks for your time Frank Manzare VP/Partner

The above statement is not true.  Somehow you have gotten my cell phone number and called it two times, first one I told the guy not to call again and the 2nd time I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number.  I have not gotten a free estimate request nor have I given you my phone number.  I don't want to call you and waste my busy time to tell YOU not to call me again.  You should have gotten the message the first time I asked you not to call.  In all honesty, no matter how great your work is or who allows you in their store, I wouldn't use you.  The above statement is not true and you keep calling after I asked you not to.

I would like to respond to the co owner of State Wide Remodeling. I signed up to have all my windows replaced several years ago. They told me my energy consumption would decrease 35% guaranteed. A few days after signing the contract I received a nice gift of chocolate in the mail. After the work was done, at too high a price, my energy bill actually went up 20%. When I called they said I had 3 windows that were too small to be replaced so my guarantee was no good. This was news to me! I talked to a lawyer that "said" he had successfully sued them several times I decided not to go further. The lawyer wanted more to sue them than I owed! Probably was "in bed" with them!

After paying off the $15,000 lien they had on my home I was so happy to be done with them! I have had multiple problems with my windows and it is like pulling teeth to get anyone to come out and take care of my life time warranty. Still waiting to get my leaky windows fixed.......

I would advise anyone wanting to hire them to not believe any guarantees that they provide. They do not back them up. Knowing that Home Depot and Sam's is promoting them is enough to get me to stop shopping there!

I called Statewide on my own, after getting tired of a too random shoddy and shady contrators. The salesman wrote out a contract to my liking to replace some wood on my brick home. Even though the spiel was something akin to a track system, I thought the price was fair.
I'll post here if things go wrong or I get incessant phone calls. So far, I've just received one to confirm the appointment.

I am a co owner of Statewide Remodeling. i would like to address a couple of comments from what sounds like mis informed folks. We do bath remodeling, sunrooms & patio covers for Home Depot. they did not sell me any names as the previous post says. we are whats called a service provider for these products thru Home Depot. They don't just let any company walking down the street have access to their customers. all my employees have to have back ground checks. we have to have all proper credintials & Insurance before we can be approved by Home Depot to contact any of their customers. This is also true for the work we do for Sam's club. By the way Statewide Remodeling has been the Vendor of the year with Sam's club for several years and a top ranked service provider with Home Depot. these awards also have to do with customer satisfaction scores. to reply to the person who thinks we employ used cars salesmen. don't know if that is the case but we do need to know all interested parties will be present & they do own the home before we will schedule a designer to go to anyone's home for a free consultation. nobody seems to complain here about the demonstrator in the story giving away free food? LOL. If anyone here has a problem with my company please call me at 214-677-9000. we are not trying to be a bother to anyone. we do not call people unless they have given us their phone number and signed a free eatimate request. thanks for your time Frank Manzare VP/Partner

If you recently requested Home Depot bathroom remodeling, you already know that Home Depot is not doing it anymore. They sold your NAME AND NUMBER to Statewide remodeling company located off of 360 in Arlington. The guy calls me today to set up an appointment. He sounded like old retired CAR SALESMAN. He made sure to make a POINT that both me and my wife be at home for the appoinment. I did not like the tone of his voice. He also asked me how old my house was and how long I owned the ho me.What does this have to do with the bathroom remodeling? I am cancelling it NOW. Seee Yeaaaa  !!!
