This number is from a sales rep for ADT home security. They seem to follow REALTOR's and their closings and call them to try and get your clients to buy/subscribe to their services. Relentless attempts via phone calls and emails.

Calls, no one on other end, when you call back the recorded message says phone not working,when I blocked number they called with another number 215-213-5423,when I blocked that one they called with a new one 215-213-8189 this has to be the act of some Obama sick Liberal...

These JERKS call atleast twice a day EVERY DAY...I do not answer these calls from usually beginnings 215-213...Atleast 4 numbers beginning like this are from these LOWLIFE Electric Providers.  They ARE NOT FROM PECO!!!!!!!  I report EVERY SINGLE CALL to the Do not Call Website!!!

Called this number back today and recieved a recording that stated this number isn't in service.  What's up with that?

Tired of this number appearing on my cell and now calling my house phone saying nothing! I call the number back and not in service...who has time for this!

I've gotten 12 recently days from these people. Not all are the same number but another website said that all of the numbers I was called from were the same people with different numbers.

I just got the FOURTH call from this scam of a company today. I said hello loud enough to be sent through to one of their options (apparently, if you have a soft voice, they don't pick up when you answer). I clicked on option 5 which was that I was interested in saving money on my PECO bill. When a live human finally answered I asked what was the name of the company and he hung up on me.

You'd think that after weeks and a dozen unanswered or blocked calls from half a dozen numbers these morons would realize that I'm not going to be available.  I'm happy to keep them busy and out of trouble.

I got of these calls today...I work overnights and they call at all times of the day.  Is there no way to stop them. I thought these type of calls were off limits on holidays.  What a pain in the a**. They never leave a message and the call comes up on my caller ID as cell phone. UGH!!!!

I found the "official" phone number of Rescon, the company several posters have said is the originator of these calls. The number originates from Michigan and is 810-767-7984, but surprise, surprise, that number is out of service!! I think the only hope any of us have is to answer, pretend to go along and try like hell to get a legitimate return number. I am going to take that tactic the next time they call and will let y'all know what I find out.

This is not a working number and they call at strange hours, sometimes waking me up early in the morning! When I answer, there is never anyone there. When I tried blocking it using Verizon's *60, it wouldn't work! Said the number could not be blocked. So not only are these scammers calling at odd hours and continuously, but they've figured out a way that they can't be blocked. I finally had to get it blocked by calling Verizon, which is in and of itself a hassle! Later, I got another call from 215-608-5362, which appears to be from the same crooked company.

These a-holes woke ME up, too, on one of the only days I've had to sleep late. I answered, but NO RESPONSE.

Cannot believe they called twice on July 4th.  And the day is not over yet.    If I don't recognize the number and there is no caller ID of either a company or individual I know, then I don't ever bother to pick up.  Thanks to those who have identified these low-lifes.

Called twice today!  In fact, their call WOKE ME UP ON MY DAY OFF!!!  Can't we even have a day of peace on a holiday???  So sick of these calls.  SOOO glad I'm on the Do Not Call list... LMAO

That is what I can't understand. My number IS unlisted, yet slammed constantly with these scam callers. Verizon is no help. I'd ditch a landline if I could, but I do need it.

Actually the 5th call today - other 'Not Available', unknown numbers since 10am.
So beyond frustrated. I plan on changing my number tomorrow, may help for a while. All I know is my current number is seriously 'infected.'

Calls all the time. We pick up the phone and drop it back in the cradle. They are not the only ones that call. We get, Unkown, Unavailable, Private number, and so on. Unless we recognize the name on Caller ID we don't answer. At this point when it's necessary to give a phone number I give my cell. Then unless it's in my address book I don't answer. I'm considering getting an unlisted number but I'm afraid it's a computer calling so it might not matter. Very annoying!!!

I report every call to the DO NOT CALL Website in hopes that if we keep reporting EVERY SINGLE call that they will get tired and work to put a stop to them.  If this Electric Provider gets away with doing this then they will ALL start. This is very annoying.  Everyday I get a call from the above mentioned number.  I call back and the messages states that this number is not in service.  If this not a working number, how come I get phone calls from this number.  Stop calling.

The dirty bastar#s even call on July 4th. My first Holiday off in a long time. The do not call list is a joke.It must be government related, because it is totally ineffective.

What happened to do not call list.  This is solicitation from electric company and sometimes i get calls from phone companies.  Is the BBB doing anything about this?  Where are the penalties for harassing customers in morning and evening.  I got 2 calls in the same day 8am & 7pm.  This is rediculious.  Not to mention unnecessary calls from surveys, political calls, non-profit organizations.  REALLY TIRED OF THIS.  not sure when to answer important calls.

Been receiving calls from this number for a few weeks now the b*****ds ring the phone all hours of the day never leave a message and when I call back I get a recording the number is not in service.

Received 2 calls from this #... No one there! It's driving me crazy!

I keep getting these calls too. I haven't answered and they don't leave any messages. I wish these people would stop calling especially 2 & 3 times a day.

PointS of information for all....I get these calls to  and we ALL will be getting more as the deregulation gets in full swing. JUST BE CAREFUL BUT .... THERE ARE LEGITAMATE providers that will lower your electric bill considerably, I know and recommend AMBIT...we have reduced our electric and will get free energy as my husband is a Supervisor Counselor for the program which also has loads of savings AND VACATION stays free(some of our friends are saving $ 1ooos a year off their energy bill( in your pocket, NOT Pecos!!!) No brainer, but BEWARE there are many programs, many with fees/fines and less attractive rates,  that do not provide as well as AMBIT...(free vacations too!!)  and the SCAM SCUM ARE AND WILL BE IN FULL OPERATION SO BE SMART   BE AWARE WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH AND IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AMBIT INFO CALL 215 680 1858....THE MONEY YOU SAVE WILL BE YOUR OWN!
