215-383-5682 - who is this?  Calls everyday, no message left.  "Circuits busy" when I return the call.

Never answer, and when you call back, there is an automated message stating that all circuits are busy now.

Who is the company that do this? All times hours, my private, unlisted telephone number rings? How so??

These calls continue to persist, for me as well, despite being on the DNC List. There is an APP on the iPhone, that, in essence, is "Call Blocking". You can take this number, and "Blacklist" it, so that your iPhone doesn't even bother to tell you this caller is calling. It might be worth it to upgrade for this very reason. Leave it up to Technology to find a solution that otherwise doesn't get resolved.

Got calls from this number around lunch time every day for at least a week.  Sometimes the same number would call again within 30 minutes.  I never answered and no msg was ever left in voicemail.  Who besides a telemarketer would call multiple times and never leave a msg?

11:15 AM MST. No one responded when I answered. After a few hellos I hung up.

I get this call atlease twice a day, all different times.  What a pain in the a**.

called my work number and asked for someone with who doesn't work here.....sounded like some collection agency and if it was, we wouldn't give out anyone's info or send the call to them anyway, as they have no business calling anyone at a place of employment...

received a call every day for about 2 weeks.  How do I block this call?

This number has been calling once a day; NEVER leaves a message. We don't know anyone in the 215 area code!!!

This "Circulation" telemarketer calls. When we don't pick up, it leaves no message but my message machine starts making annoying, screeching noises for several minutes. I recalled the number to get taken off their call list, but all circuits are busy and they offer no option to opt-out of calls. I reverse looked up the number and it is "unavailable, This is a violation of privacy as I am on the Do Not Call list and they do not provide an opt-out method.

Woke up to the sound of the phone beeping: "Missed Call". Saw the Number shown and it led me here. I won't bother to give this any more of my time..

Rui post of April 8th is correct.   The call is from the circulation dept of Laser Focus World Magazine which is a free subscription to IT professionals especially those who are involved with photonics. I suspect that got my name from another subscription, Solid State Technology WaferNews which is part of the PennWell Corporate Publishing Group.
