This caller uses a fake caller ID.  One day, it was "QVD", and the next day, it changes to "Discount Center".  Today, it is still "Discount Center" but its number is changed to 215-554-6985.

The most effective way to stop these calls is to memorize the number and as soon as it shows up on your caller ID again, simply pick up the phone and immediately hang up.  This way, they would know you recognize their number, and they either have to change their caller ID if it was fake, or give up on you.

These annoying people call 5 times a day, and stay on the phone and not saying anything....block em, its a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are Electric Suppliers SELLING Electricity since PA has been deregulated....They COMPLETELY IGNORE the Do Not Call List so everyone needs to report EVERY SINGLE call so they can get huge fines...That's the ONLY WAY THEY WILL STOP!!!!

I get calls from this number constantly.  They NEVER leave a message.  It is very annoying.

Whoever these people are, they call my house several times throughout the day, up until 9 p.m. at night, which is extremely rude. They never leave a voicemail message and no name shows up on the caller i.d. We're on the National Do Not Call List, but whoever these people are, they continue to call.

Caller calls continuously and will not stop

I believe it's a call about alternative electric companies.  
I called back and requested to be removed from the call list but I still get the calls.  there is another alternative electric company that calls me as well  (from number 425 320 5045).  
I just registerd on DoNotCall. Hopefully, I will no longer get this type of crap. so very annoying.

This number has been calling me every 20 mins.  I've finally blocked them from my phone, but I wanted to report it to hopefully help someone else before it gets to them.

I never answer a number I don't know.  I have no idea who they are, but after reading this blog I'm glad I didn't answer.  They never leave a message, they just call back several times.  I believe I'm on a Do Not Call list.

This person called left no message and this is not the first time

They called me but let it ring only 3 times then hung up....These Electric Suppliers are obviously spoofing numbers because they call me EVERY SINGLE day from different numbers...They must know now that people block numbers.  You can't block a hundred different numbers on a landline on my cell I block everyone except who's in my contact list so spam calls there have stopped but I can't on my Landline..........

I have all calls blocked on my cell phone except my contact list. All other calls go directly to voice mail so if it's a real call they will leave a message.

go to the national do not call registry and file a complaint on the number called  the more they get of these they will turn over to ftc    just eveyrone keep going there and give whatever number you have on caller id to complaint form and document what you wrote here on your experience.  also go to your state 's attorney's office online website and register a complaint and the phone number

It's always different numbers.  When you press "5" to speak to a person, as soon as they realize that you're pissed, they hang up on you.  When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they disconnect you.  I've pressed "1" to be removed from their calling list, but they still call.  This is clearly harrassment, and I don't know how to make it stop.  It should be illigal that this is happening. My number is unlisted.  I am on a DO NOT CALL list.  My husband works night shift and it is making it impossible for him to sleep.  Then he has to go to work and run a printing press after not sleeping all night.
