I just called a 1-800-778-2255, which apparently is the main office in Dresher at Prudential Ins.    It took me about 10 minutes with all the waiting, but I was able to contact someone to give them the number that had called me TWELVE times in a row.   The person there told me they would put a "block" on their side and therefore, the fax machine would no longer call my number.  

However, if that doesn't work I found this website:

There is a person named Karen Moore who seems to handle "business ethics".   I have not written to that person yet as I'm waiting to see if my phone call handled the situation.

They called claiming to be from prudential insurance.  They wanted to speak to someone who I don't know.  Then they wanted my information.  In my personal opinion I believe they are calling asking for other people so I can say no that person does not live here I am John.  It seems the person wanted to know who i was.  I am starting to doubt it is prudential calling.

I received a call from this number. The caller was Prudential, regarding a policy request that I had made. This was NOT a spam call. Or a fax machine.

yup, calls and calls. When the fax doesn't go through (phone and fax on same line), they call blocked and listen to me say hello, hello, hello - no answer. Then the faxing starts all over again.

Started yesterday morning, the guy claims he is with Prudential Compliance department, try to get him to tell me the nature of his call but only mention that is about my annuity that was transferred.  I had asked him to please call back, he had called back 3 times and first thing this morning. No sure what he wanted but sure is annoying as I am working and am very busy.

called me 5 times today. i'd pick up, there would be a high pitched scream for a second, then it would get cut off and no one was there. creepy... who is this???

Keep getting this caller several times a day.  Just in the last 4 hours 6 times and no message left.  I have better things to do than to screen for calls that I have no idea who is calling.

I received a call from this number on my office line twice today - no message.

The above phone number 215-784-2345 appears to be a fax number and calls me repeatedly on my company's Ethics hotline. I would think the person sending the fax should know by now since this has been happening for a long period that he/she has the wrong number.  I would like for this to stop as it is annoying because this is a serious and importnat phone within our company.  Thank you!!

It's a fax machine at Prudential. Called me 5 times today. I called back through caller ID, and got the system, who eventually turned into a person who said my number would be blocked from their system, somehow.

Got several calls from this number at my work.  Someone was actually talking (with an Eastern Indian accent so maybe from a call center) but was so faint I could barely hear them.  Perhaps it could be some type of software they are using for their phone system that shows the same number for everything dialing out since I got a "live" person when they called?

Same thing here, though it looks like the Prudential fax machine was trying to call me back (I've been trying to fax a document to them, and keep getting disconnected.) I called the number, was told it was a general Prudential number that showed up on my caller ID, and was then connected to another Prudential department that never answered the call. Customer Service has devolved to Customer Disservice, and no just at Prudential.

got like 5 calls this morning...back to back...did not answer but it woke me up cause i work nights and sleep in the morning...

Prudential is cruising for a lawsuit.  Their fax machine bombed my house last week, and a lengthy call to Verizon seemed to put a stop to it, but today Prudential is at it again.  

Verizon does have a Nuisance Call Center, 800-257-2969, but of course they only operate Monday-Friday, and most Verizon employees do not know how to help you even get that phone number.

I'm going to send a bill to the CEO of Prudential for the costs incurred to stop this mindless harassment.

called me four times at work today. tried to call back and it says "thanks for calling prudential, if you know the # of the party you would like to speak to."

Keep getting calls from this #.  6 in the last 4 hours.  Started today.  Don't pick up to answer since I don't know who it is and they don't leave any message on the answering machine.

Got called twice. No voice, nothing but beeps.

This call is coming from Dresher, Pa., Prudential Insurance. Call them at that number and they will block your number from their auto dialing system.

I keep on getting phone calls from this number on my cell phone.  It comes from a fax number so the fax machine keeps on calling my cell phone number over and over again.

My phone rang but I didn't answer it because I didn't know who it was. They did not leave a message.
