Called 04/02/2008 @ 9:58 am EST.  Auto-dialer for "Family Choice Life Insurance Program."  Also has called with a local 216 area code.  I've since registered my mobile phone on the Do Not Call List, will see if they stop calling.

Called on Sunday, call back says the number is not in service.
