Stop,Stop,Stop,calling me your fees for service are outragious, that is why I do not receive the sunday paper any more!

How can the Plain Dealer get away with calling someone on the "Do NOT Call" List?  I will also report them.  Thanks for letting me know who it is.

I just got another call from 216-529-5123, where they hang up as soon as I answer. I tried calling them back at the number and it says it is disconnected. WTF? I've read that people say it is Delcom/Plain Dealer, but what good is it doing for them if they hang up and the return number isn't any good? It's just harrassment. I'm on the do not call list, so I'm going to see if I can do anything from that site, but when they are using bogus phone ID's to contact you...I don't see what can be done.

Delcom calls my house a number of times a day and do not leave messages.  I am on the do not call list.

Yeah, the call comes very, very often.  There might be some sort of quota system which the caller-employees have to meet.   Daily.  Having us on their autodial must make less work of their days.  I wish I knew of a revenge technique.  I'm gonna Google and see what I can find, revenge-wise...

I get calls almost daily from this number.  When I answer, they just hang up.

They call everyday at 9am never leave a message.

I've been received hang up calls from this number almost every day for two weeks.

They called so many times I had a fit.  I left messages on the marketing answering machine plus I told them not to call and still they called, sometimes twice within an hour!  I finally got a manager on the phone.  I told him if I get one more call I will cancel my subscription, which I have had for 20 years!  I get the paper every day - are they too stupid to check first?

I received hang up calls from this company too.  When I called the number back, I got a recorded message about reaching "the marketing company of the Plain Dealer (Cleveland & NE Ohio's newspaper)

I'm getting the same frequent harrassing calls from this number...It belongs to Delcom Inc on Detroit Rd.  whose parent company is the Plain Dealer. I will submit complaint to the Do Not Call center for what ever that is worth.

Its the plain dealer.  They have my number from previous subscriptions.  I was getting the call almost daily and at the most inconvenient times.  Eventually one day I answered and it was the plain dealer trying to get me to subscribe.  I told them no, they left me alone for a few months and then started calling again.  So I answered and they offered a cooler with a subscription so I thought getting a free gift was worth subscribing again.  So I got the subscription.  For at least another couple times they called and both time I had to reinform them that I do get the plain dealer until they finally stopped calling.  Then I've had it for about 6 months now and all of a sudden I'm getting the call again, and at the inconvenient work hours of the day.  This time I answer I'm going to cancel and tell them its because they harass me way too much.
