lady calls at work says she is from pinnacle financial group and does not give any info but states that I owe a debt and need to make payment arrangements today (now) and demands to have my bank information.. i reply with no and she hangs up ...

Message left goes something like this: This message is for..., if you are not ... please hang up. If you are listening to this message then you are agreeing that you are ..." and so on stating they are attempting to collect a debt. Is this LEGAL?

No clue but I am sure that there is some loop hole since they give the reciever a chance to hang up if they are not whom they are calling for

Called. No message left. My idea is that if its important they'll leave a message. No msg left, ergo this call isn't important.
