no message but caller ID came up as HELP SAVE LIVES...I smell a scam

IT IS NOT T-Mobile.  THEY CALL ME ONCE A DAY.I AM A Verizon Wireless USER. CALL THE DAM NUMBER BACK TO FIND OUT WHAT IT IS... DUH.

I got an app to block this # and anonymous callers.
Problem solved.

I keep getting hang up calls from this number also.  The caller ID says ADSC.  I looked that up and it was either some drilling union (highly unlikely..lol) or a company selling novelty products...hmmm wonder which it could be...

I know I don't intend to answer it.

I got this call this afternoon.  Odd thing was that my phone rang with a ring tone that wasn't mine.  Didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the area code.  Glad to see it was a garbage number.  T-Mobile must be going down hill.  Had to fight with them a few days ago over BS international charges (they say I called from my phone after I was back in NJ to a number which turns out to be their CA voice mail or I got a call from Germany even though the number wasn't, or... - they kept changing their story).  It took and hour on hold 6+ times and a lot of clueless techs and supervisors.

UNKNOWN  NUMBER ???   I  CALLS  T-MOBILE  AND  AT&T SERVICE  AND THEY CHANGED
MY NUMBER IS  240- 699-8960  AFTER  I HAD MY NEW NUMBER FOR  TWO ( 2 )  YEARS
AND NOBODY CALL ME AGAIN AND THEY DO NOT BOTHER ME ANYMORE  UNTIL TODAY    THANK YOU
AT&T AND T- MOBILE SERVICE. HELP ME FOR  THE LAST TWO YEARS
ASK YOUR CARRY SERVICES  TO HAVE THAT NUMBER  WHO EVER CALL YOU AND USE
THAT NUMBER AND YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY. AND YOU NEVER RECEIVE A PHONE CALL
AGAIN FROM THAT NUMBER .  IS THAT HELP YOU ???

Got a call twice from this # on my cell phone, which is a new phone. Says its a marketing research firm.

This is a firm contracted by T-Mobile to follow up on a recent transaction too see how it went and to get feedback.

Basically a welcome call, see what went right or wrong, and give that info back to T-Mobile so they can improve.  I went thru this same process with Verizon a while back.

I got phone call from this number. I did not pick up the phone. There is no message.
I just wonder who was calling.

I have T-mobile. I received a call from this number, I did not answer nor did they leave a message.

Long time T-Mobile customer.   Just got call from 2406998960.  Did speak to customer service earlier this week.  Maybe thats it but no one told me to expect a call.

Got a call from this number on my T-mobile phone.  Glad I looked it up here before returning the call.  But I resent my minutes being used by telemarketers!

Got at call saying they were from TMobile and wanted to do a survey and they would compensate with $35 for the time spent.

Don't know about you guys, but the T-Mobile rep TOLD me that I would be getting a call asking about the service that I received. No biggie, no mystery!

yep i have a T-Mobile and i have gotten a call from this number 3 times in the past week.

I receive calls from this number almost once a day.  I had called T-mobile customer service the day before I received the first call. I appreciate all the information on here since I've been on the do not call list for months now and would hate to know that it's ignored.

T-Mobile uses this number to gather store performance information. I received this after setting up a new line. It wasn't until I found this site that I vaguely remember the people at the store telling me that someone was going to call me.

so I got a call from 240-699-8945, and I believe since they didn't get me on my cell, I AM NOW getting a call from 240-699-8960 at my home. WHAT's w/that???? I also just got a tmobile phone-pretty sleazy

This Maritz research COMPANY can call and we have to call 1800-864-8601 for A COMPANY to stop calling. That means the other SIX BILLION COMPANIES can do the same.

I've received a call from this # (240)699-8960 twice now to my TMobile cell & they aren't leaving a message.  My # is part of the "Do NOT call registry..." so whoever it is needs to just take a hike & pound a little sand!

I received a call from this number today, Saturday afternoon, no message left. The call was made to my T-mobile cell phone.

I am a customer with T-mobile for more then 5 years now, and just got a call from that number - so I guess its not only for new customers...didn't answer...mostly don't answer any unknown numbers. But hey! that is just me...

I think it's only with T-Mobile customers. I just got the same call.
