Recorded message from "Card Holder Services" offering to lower credit card interest rates.  Total scam.  They just want your card numbers to scam you by making bogus charges on your card.

This person called my cell phone under the name "Maryland".  Only two people know my phone number so this is weird.  I answered the phone and the other person didn't say anything for ten seconds.  After I repeated the word "Hello" a few times, the other person hung up the phone.

I am calling my state AG, I suggest you do the same. They told me "just don't answer your phone" LOL - I know Karma is a bi***, that entire NOBLE call center will have one heck of a Karma check soon. You try calling the number back and get a fast busy. Here is what I can tell you: They are using a noble dialing system. So call NOBLE and yell. Mr. Noble is the CEO. Maybe we can get in a back door to make them stop calling America and being tool bags.

Just got a call from them, saying that they want to offer me a discount on my interest rate.
When I pressed "1" to speak with an operator, the call ended.

contact your phone provider...verizon, t-mobile. sprint..etc and have this and any odd number blocked. they can do this and you will reduce the amount of calls coming in.

Called my cell......I did not answer......not a known number.
Seems to be happening very single day now for a week....never received  this many unknown callers before. All calls have been from apparently ( according to info provided here ) different areas of the United States.

Had a call from this number to my cellphone number (Caller ID showed MD, USA) and landline (Caller ID showed Unknown Name). Another site stated this is a Robocall which is illegal.  I don't anwer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

As like everyone that posted above I got this call from Maryland today at 12:41pm. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Probably SPAM and I am on the Do NOT call list as well.

Got a call from this number about ten minutes ago.  Answered and got no response on the other end.  Information on my screen said it was from Maryland.

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone. Did not recognize the number.  Did not answer.  No message was left.  I am also on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  I do not answer any calls from long distance numbers that I do not recognize.
