I got a call at 2:30 am from a # with the same area code and a weird robot voice that I couldn't understand and then a text from this # with a 4 digit pin.

got text saying "pin: ####" (# are numbers, I just cant remember the numbers). Deleted message and blocked the caller.

I received a text from this person who I don't know with advertising. I am on the DO NOT CALL list so they should not be doing this!!!
