I have gotten a few calls from that number, with the caller id displaying MYRA SEMONICK and when I pick up she/he doesn't talk and when I do not pick up they do not leave a message. I think it may be one of those callers that can charge you tons of money if you answer the call. Best if we don't answer again.

I don't know but nothing send a red flag like someone calling you at 9:30 pm and not leaving you a message!!Than when you call them back and they tell you there from the purple heart than ask for your address to cross you off there calling list another red flag.I dont give my address to anyone over the phone.Would love to donate but will not in this instance to many things seem off.

They are probably using a paid service to make the calls. That service gets about 70% of your donation. People like you who donate when called encourage the charity to hire those pests again.
I never donate to charites that call me.

They should leave messages if it's for the PURPLE HEART. I always donate.

Aug. 12, 2009 at 12:30 pm, received call, they left no message, then my next door neighbor called to say she'd received a call on the id from this number, but no message was left.
