REPORT THEM to your states AG (attorney General)

Once you file a formal report, they will contact this agency and MAKE them stop. They will send a "cease and desist" letter to them, and then ask you to let them know if they comply.

Happened to me, still is, from another company. The woman had my VONAGE phone number before I did.

So Now I just answer and when they ask for Terri Fox, I tell them no such person, do NOT call here again. OR I WILL TURN YOU N TO THE AG. Usually works.

For the better part of two years now, I have been harrassed by this collection agency who did no research aparently into who they were calling.
I continually get messages on my machine for a "Charles Lucas" who does not or ever did live at this address.
I am very angry and fed up with these people, I cannot contact them since I have no long distance service.
Please make them stop calling me!
