sent me a text at 1;20 am on a sunday night...says its a michigan area code.

Got the Brazilian diet herb spam on July 17. Reported to donotcall today. My cellphone was already registered, so they should take notice if they get more complaints.

I would derive great pleasure from observing a violent act performed on the SOBs that send me this crap.

If anyone has an email generation program (i.e. creates and sends emails automatically, say 300 per minute), then send a polite but very long reply and spam the crap out of them since you can send emails to the phone.......

got me too.  att removed me from an advertising list.  also reported the number as a spammer and recommended that they be cancelled for violating terms of service.

so i was busy doing my work when I suddenly heard my phone's text message delivery sound go off, and it was a bizzarre text message recommending some kind of brazilian diet!! WTF !!! I thought my # was totally private?!!!

got the same Brazilian Health spam.  For some reason, this makes me REALLY angry... spammers just press my buttons I guess.

Be honest... who else would love to beat these fools senseless!?

Reported to AT&T (it is an AT&T subscriber) and they will look into it. Thanks for the previous message, I told AT&T customer service that it is an AT&T subscriber, or they wouldn't have look into it.

No recourse so far, unless I disable my text message capability. If it gets too bad, I think I will. RIght now I have to pay for each text message.

I received the same spam from the same number. AT&T is looking into it as this is listed as an AT&T phone number. I'm going to call it back tonight...late.

Received the same message from 248-719-5318.  I set my Winfax program to call from random and anonymous phone numbers all day, every day.

I am an AT&T customer and received this message. I have never seen a message from a telemarketer on my cell phone before this morning. Does anyone know how they get your number? There are only a few things I have attached my cell phone to...recently it has been savings cards from Albertson and Ralphs Grocery Stores.

Also received text message on my AT&T cell phone.  Apparently AT&T doesn't provide their customers with a way to block spam texts.  But I did file a complaint with the FTC!

Same as above~ brazilian diet crap...over a week I have received 3 messages.

reported to my cell company and to Do not call list. More reports the more flags it has to be investigated. If you get one of these messages please go to https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and report if your number is already registered with donotcall.org if you aren't then I suggest you do register. At&t gave me text messaging credits for the received text and my reply.

Also if you have free texting reply back and demand they take you off of their list. The complaint check at donotcall.org will ask you if you have told the company to or not.
