I just got a call from  1- (250)- 984-3100
claiming to be RCL Travel
First lady that answered said her name was Bobby- Operator #3943
Has a very annoying high pitch voice
She explained that i had won a 16 day tip to florida and the bahamas.
With a 7 day car rental with warranty.
2 passes to disney theme parks
and a magic card. It is a 7 day and 6 night in orlando, then 5 days and 4 nights in the bahamas
They said i had to make a verification with my credit card.
and said it is a 14 digit number starting with a 4..
then she kept asking for my expiry date... which i explained multiple times i did not have my card on me,
as i wanted to see what her response was...
all she kept saying I understand your concern , however we do need confirmation from your visa blah blah blah... and would ask for the expiry date again...
You are one out of millions who could have won this trip ... and we need your expiry date...

like if you were human you would understand i didnt have my card and stfu

i basically started getting really pissed off and was like dude... your obviously a scam,
i looked up yoru number and you are listed in scam numbers...
ill be sure to be posting this on facebook and email so people know not to answer...

RETURNED CALL AND RECORDING WAS LEAVE MESSAGE FOR MARRIAN AT ACCELERATED SAVINGS

Sent us a handwritten letter stating that they wanted to buy our house and for us to give them a call.  The lady that answered the phone had an american accent.

leaving msgs in mailboxes saying they are interested in buying your house and to call 250.984.7822.  some sort of scam.

Calls and hangs up when answered, or calls and hangs up when answering machine comes on.

Spliff.....Thanx, you rock. I will do exactly that. Gonna beat those poo-heads at their own game. As annoyingly harassing they are, the quest just might be fun. Move over Mafia wars, here comes Tellemarketer Wars. They gotta find a better way to make their money instead of preying on the desparate/vonerable and harassing the rest of us.

I returned this call and got a female recording, claiming to be Mary of Excellerated Savings. And she asked me to leave a message, so I hung up on it. I intend on doing this for every no-message hang-up I get from them.

I called the number back and it is "Accelerated Savings" in Victoria, BC, Canada. http://acceleratedsavings.com/ gives a Florida company with a toll free number: 1-888-351-2551

What you do is get the owner or managers name and number and the office address or any address and keep asking questions so they call is 15 mins at least, if four people do that, there goes one hour of wasted time, but when they are wanting to get your info or hang up, give it to them, most wont even clue in that it is their own address and fill the info in the comp. MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT YOU GAVE THEM THEIR OWN ADDRESS BACK AND SAY HOW STUPID ARE YOU IS THAT EVEN YOUR ADDRESS, ARE YOU EVEN IN THAT OFFICE! OR ANYTHING REALLY

The point is to let them know you wasted their time before hanging up and tell them you do this on purpose for 15 mins to every telemarketer!!!!

After the managers keeps hearing that more of their paid callers are wasting their time and not getting to sell a thing, they will GIVE UP & STOP PAYING THEM or get a job at McDonalds!!!

called this number back. ansering machine Mary at Accelerated Savings. Have had many calls from them using a variety of numbers. They are scammers wanting to lower your credit card interest rates. They use many different area codes including florida, 904 and toll free to get you to answer. The call I got before this one was from another number and said press two if you are not interested. I did press two and they called yet again. Get a phone that blocks numbers. Block each number they call on.

when they called i sead hello once and sat there for a responce thinking it was a mashean about to tell me its my last chance to get lower intrest on my credit card they dident hang up untell i sead hello aggan about 3 minnits later (maby they forgot to put a message on there telimarkiting mashean so its just calling siting for a min then hanging up)

what to do with a telimarkter... keep em on the line talking as long as posible act intrested but (dont give out details) then tell em your gona get your details and put them on hold this way instead of calling 10-20 more ppl to hang up on them there stuck there waisting there time

Same as everyone else - and they also use the number 250-984-3105 for the same thing...

Received call from 250-984-7822, and they just hang up. If they keep it up, harassment lawsuit will be filed!

Keep's calling but will not leave a message. If you answer they hung up.
