the number calling is 585-444-7053    call 6-10 times a day    tell you to press 1 to speak to someone and then it tells you it is an officer of IRS and your attorney needs to contact that number     they never ask for anyone name  or give a name   and when you call that number back is says the message que is full

I received a phone call from 321-800-9932 from a Justin Blackwell this morning. He claimed to be with the criminal investigation division.  I knew I had not committed any criminal acts and told him this was all lies. I made it clear not to call me again. He told me who I worked for, my SS# the town I lived in I don't know how this person has so much personal information about me and I don't like it.  I told him I was calling the police if he called back and hung up.  He called me over and over 20+ times during several calls called me a "Bi*ch" & a "Mother F*cker" I told him over and over to stop calling that I was filing a police report and a report with the attorney general in my state.  I have filed a case with my attorney general and they are following up.  This person was out of control on the phone I even recorded a few of the calls.

By the way...

The caller had an Indian (as in likely from India) accent.

Number was 347-377-9337.

Did a reverse look up. Came up Ymax. The area code is a New York area code.

Pretended to be with a federal agency.

We really used to have federal agencies that would protect us from this kind of crud.
They would go after such culprits.
The Do Not Call list is a bad joke these days.

I have been called over 100 times in the last 2 days. Same indian slurry accent (male & female) telling me my loan has been approved and will be deposited in my account. When I said I never requested a loan I was told I would need to pay them $250 to stop the process. HA... really? How many people really fall for that crap?

I do reverse look-up for all numbers I don't recognize. This company used several different numbers to call me from so I decided it might be time to get a list together. White pages show they all point back to YMax. Remember... over 120 calls in the last 3 days (1/8/14 - 1/10/14). Literally every few minutes:

got a call from 7273021145 while i was a work.  the guy had a strong accent and told me that a criminal charge had been filed against me but he wouldnt tell me what it was about.  looked up the number and it came back as a number from saint peterburgs, fl ymax comm. corp

Ymaxcommunicationscorp is the company referenced in the phone number 876-468-8553 and 702-516-2768.  Names associated with these numbers - which are likely not legit - Alando Deckford and James Lopez. Scam trash who talked my sister into sending them $18k.  Now they are calling again for smaller change. It's Christmas you know and they must need some extra change.  They are slime bag, bottom feeders who should become shark bait.  I wish there were some way to get this filth off the air ways and get the FBI involved. Much must go unreported and the money involved must be enormous.

The number 408-372-1851 is operating by a group of scam artists. They are trying to get money from innocent people. They will ask innocent people to go to Walmart or RadioShack to purchase "Money Pak" and read back "Confirmation number" to them. Please DO NOT nor give out your confidential information to any stranger via phone.

(206) 497-5936 comes back as YMAX saying they are from DEA and working on ongoing investigation and I must call them back. Voicemail states he is Andrew. This is the third type of call from various numbers at YMAX over the past year! When I told them this was a scam, they hang up. harassing, annoying and comes at all different times of day. All numbers claiming to be the Federal Trade Commission and threatening to send me to a lawyer for some bogus transaction I never heard of. When asked for more info, I was told I needed to be transferred. I told him not to call my phone again, and was threatened by being told "see you in court". Reverse look up showed all numbers were Ymaxx.

I have gotten numerous calls - 10 to be exact in the past 2 days.  I repeatedly told them to stop calling and they continued to call until I threatened to call the police.  I had to block the number which is 716-616-9724 after the last time they called and said "F__K You" to me.  I looked up the number and it is coming from a YMAX comm. corp. in Buffalo NY.  I plan to investigate further and find out exactly who these weirdos are. Oh, and they also said they were from a loan company and I applied for a loan there.  Crazy people.

Another number that is scamming is 561-586-3380 they are claiming to be an attorney and they are going to have me arrested if I don't pay some bogus loan. They call me at all hours, even before 6am

I got a call for the previous people who had my phone number. I asked how he got my number, said I applied for a loan online. I never did, and no I am not Brittny Jones or Brian Dial! after telling him I was not who he was looking for and to stop calling, he said I had a very pretty voice. I hung up. Keep getting harassing telephone calls from a threatening ,vulgar man calling from a YMAX landline 504-327-4840. The users of magicjack, YMAX COM, think they are protected by such service but they are not and will soon find out why.

technical reasons between 10 am and 7 pm Eastern time.
I called and the message machine told me to wait and then hung up on me.
So I called the billing number mentioned on the really long message: 561-594-9925.
I told the woman that I was going to mail a letter to them about their
customer Lora Davis at National Bond which YMAX could forward to them.
She gave me this mailing address:

Received a call from a landline subscriber of this Ymax at 1:03 pm 9/23/2013
Woman wanted a person who didn't live here and also information about that person.
I asked who she was and she didn't want to tell me.
Then she said, "Lora Davis from National Bond."
She hung up when I pressed her for address to write a cease letter.
The call was from Scranton, PA.  

I am contacting YMAX as listed above because the google of that company
is posting a wrong number which is 561-722-0433.  That number does not work.

They keep calling me! Can you stop it?

I received a call from this number the other night.  3am to be exact. I live in Alabama. No one was on the other end.  When I tried to call it back no one answered.  Apparantly all the complaints are not working.

251-285-1247 continues to call and harrass. Caller ID says Mobile Al. No one on other end of line. If you call them back their line is busy. Filed a complaint with DoNotCall. Filing a complaint with my phone carrier.

You need to contact YMAX Communications Corporation at 561-586-3380 and let them know the subscriber of their services is violating federal and state laws, and breaching their terms of service agreement.  Let them know you intend to sue YMAX Communications d/b/a MagicJack Corporation if they refuse to take a look at that account and shut them down. Otherwise these calls will continue because MagicJack doesn't know what abusive practices their subscribers are doing.  

Another number that is harrasing people is 702-347-1935 also registered by YMAX Communications Corporation d/b/a MagicJack Corporation.

MagicJack Owns the number, MagicJack is responsible.  I am going to call MagicJack tommorrow about this problem with their devices, If they refuse to disconnect these numbers from these harrassers I will sue MagicJack Corporation.
