i answered a call from this number and they hung up as soon as i answered i called back and its saying i have the wrong area code

I received a call from this number, clicked to ignore the call, and found that there was no message left on voice mail.  My take is that this is some form marketing that utilizes an auto-dialer, which may be illegal in your state.

I had another # call me all day yesterday, now this # is starting again.
you try to call back and "it says u have the wrong area code"
what is up???

annoying!!!!!  this moron calls, you pick up, he hangs up.  it's like from a stupid horror movie.

Then when you call back, it rings several times, before you hear: "The number or code you have dialed is incorrect.  Please check the number or code and try again. ::spanish translation::  Msg 7, switch 180."
"Your party is not answering, please try your call later. We're sorry but your call will now be disconnected.  zero, seven, nine, P"

get a life loser!!

they call me all the time and hang up upon answering... when i call back they say "your call can not be completed as dial..." or that the area code is wrong... wtf...

This stupid number all day and night . One time a female told me I owed on a check cashing and I was to pay them .. I told her I never use check cashing advances . She insisted I had to pay or else . Not going to happen .. And oh she didn't even know my name ...

the same thing happen to me. they called @ 1:40pm on 11/28/09. if this keeps happening and they keep asking for your name you should report it to the police.Or if you can block the number.I haven't called the police yet to report it but if this happens again i will here's some information i found out about this number:

Non Stop phone calls.  Seems to be a computer that hangs up when you answer.

annoying calls! i pick up. idiot hangs up after few seconds.  can they get some sort of information by tracking your line this way???  
anyway, BLOCKED!
