I have received this call several times almost verbatim. Told him to stop calling and hung up. He continued to call 10 more times until he finally gave up. How do I make this stop?

I am receiving threatening calls at my place of employment. Wanting to tell me i am involved in a lawsuit. The newest number they are using is 508-683-0011

I have received several calls that are verbatim to what u describe. He wanted me to fax him my drivers license soc number and all my information. It was a different number though but everything else down to his name being Officer Chris Williams and he spoke in very broken English and always said good luck and god bless in his voice mails. the number he used was: 717-447-7724 how do i get him to stop its out of control.

I have no idea who this is.

stating that there some hard pressed issues about my social sercurity number and something about the company that i work for will be in trouble etc etc

I just got this same came, almost verbatim.... who can i file a complaint with?  it was very threatening.

I have also received numerous calls from this number. The calls are eerily similar to those described by others. The caller always sounds like the same person, with a very strong accent, claiming to be from various businesses, requesting my attorney information. He gives various names - Frank Jefferson, Alex Paul. He claims that they have 3 lawsuits filed on me, and that they are calling from the Cyber Crime unit.They've also given other business names and law firms and no reason for their calls at times. I have been contacted at work and on my cell phone. I've gotten the threatening messages -- stating that I would be arrested, and my supervisor would be arrested. I've gotten the God Bless and the Good Luck. They have called me at work a few times. I have saved one of their threatening voicemails. My numbers are on the Do Not Call list. I have reported this number already. I attempted to call back the number they told me to call, and have gotten a full voicemail box. One time "Alex" answered and then hung up on me.

Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have.  Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck".  Speak VERY broken English.  Gives American/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent.  ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, Mike Davis, Michael Davis, Shane Harris, Shaun Harris,John Adams, John Rogers, Eric Williams .  Threatening jail time,  ?a bad situation unfolds?, court fees.  Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice."  Claims to "download" a subpoena..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse...must have my "retained attorney of record" call as soon as possible. Sometimes has the nerve to say ?God Bless You? or ?Good Luck?.  HILARIOUS considering I actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. I called CashNetUSA and they stated that this was a scam.  They have NO information on me whatsoever. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan or anything else....from years ago! Gave him the # to my attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate. Also give number to local police fraud division as attorney?s number.   Using female ?Kim Stewart from Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm? claims to have sent legal documents to a gmail account.  So silly! Officer Chris Williams from law firm of "Cyber Crime Unit".  States supervisor will be arrested and interrogated as well!!

Have filed/reported complaint with State Attorney General's Office, IC3, Credit.com, this website, numerous other scam alert websites and anyone else who will listen, it is actually VERY comical now.  My co-workers and I enjoy listening to the voice messages or "playing along" with their script.  "We will arrest you at work." where do I work?"  "You know where you work."  Complete IDIOTS!!
