EXACTLY, Carl, your bank and credit card company and others can and do sell your information, even if you demand <i>total privacy</i> on that Privacy Practices form (which, I notice, they require you to fill out all kinds of information about yourself and your account which they should already have on record, but they want to make the process as cumbersome as possible), they have the right (since they are doing business with you) to bother you with calls and ads THEY decide should "interest" you.  

I received several calls from this company on my CELL phone so finally I answered and got that long pause while they connect you to a real person, a friendly lady who happily wanted to reduce my balances, and I said, "Why is your robocaller dialling my cell phone?"  She hung up on me immediately and I have not heard from them since.

Get an android phone, go to the android market and download a free app called Mr. Number Call Block. It hangs up on junk calls the first ring. I've used it for a year now and it works perfect every time with no false positives. I have looked up every number it has ever blocked and always end up here with folks saying it's a scam number, rude dept collector etc.

This number keeps calling my cell phone. I had a car for sale on Craigslist and listed my cell number and guess what....I started getting telemarketing calls.

this shows up on our caller ID as "dd serv com". have received this call several times in the last week or so, but they do not leave a vm. i don't know other information because i'm not answering this type of call. being on the DNC list is apparently not serving any purpose!

Just recieved a call from this number which lead me to look it up since I tried answering it and no one was on the line.   I too am on the Do not call list.  I don't give my cell number out to companies or businesses so, apparently they are just dialing randomly.  I will not answer again if the should call back.

they just called. again. on my cell phone. i usually ignore but picked up this time.

"harry" answered the phone after i pressed "1" and asked  me how he could help me. i said he could help by giving me the name of his company. he said "credit card services for all master card and visa accounts". i said no, i want the actual name of your company.

he hung up.

if they call back i think i will take advice from another entry i read, where he gave them random numbers for info until the guy got frustrated and said he couldnt find his info. at that point the person who had been called said he responded with, "of course, i gave you fake numbers. now i wasted your time as much as you wasted mine".

call back, harry, i can't wait!

they need to stop call me.  i tried calling them back and got a hang up tone.

I am on the do not call list and have been since its inception. I have no business relationship with the company. The call is fraudulent: they claim I requested information from them, or to be calling on behalf of my bank, both of which are lies. The debt consolidation service they are offering is deceptive and fraudulent. This is a scam to steal your money and your ID. The callers should go to jail.

Just got a call from this number. Did not answer the call. It was from Kent, Washington state. When googled I found this forum.

called rec'd from this number.  did not bother to answer.  caller id reads 2532468503.  call originated from Washington state.  no message left.  must be an autodialer.   interesting reading other messages bel

I want these unsolicited calls to stop.  I get them daily. I think this one is a scam, like the others. Every day it's from a different number and location, but it's always about debit relief.
I am on the do not call list, but that has not been of any help.

The problem with saying you are going to ignore it is that they call from a different number every time.  The government seriously needs to go after them and hit them where it puts them out of business for good.

Today is the first time I actually pressed 1 to speak with someone.  When a lady answered I simply asked for the name of the company and she hung up on me immediately.

I got calls from this number, but when I call back it does not ring.  This is yet another scam.

Just got a call and hit #1 to get a live person offering to reduce my credit card rates.  Said he was with cardservices.com.. Starting asking a bunch of questions about my credit.  I asked him what specific credit card he was calling about and basically, he said all of them......Anyway, I asked to get more information about his company and he was a total jerk.......definitely a scammer as well as a total jerk!

Scammer - I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  It went to my voicemail; the entire message that 'they' left ran as follows:  "credit card rate too high.  Thank you very much."

I guess this is their sneaky way of trying to get through the block.

Got another call from these idiots on my cell. Credit Card Services to lower my credit interest - pressed one to find out who these guys really are. Told the guy that "credit card services" really means nothing and wanted to know who they really represent - was told to "stick it up my a**" and they hung up! Dead air when I called them back. Probably the 10th call from these  guys . Somebody needed to put a stop to them.

Have ben called several times and always tell them to stop but they persist. What good is the no call? No one listens anyway.

you can block them.. just call ur phone company.. and tell them the number and you wont recieve calls from them any more.. thats what i did..

I answered a call from this number but no one spoke to me.  I almost didn't answer at all because I didn't recognize the number.  Rude!

Received a call from this number concerning "DO NOT CALL" list.
I'm on it already, so I hung up.

I have gotten more than one call from this number, I do not recognize it and know no on from that area code.

I've gotten numerous calls from this company. Once I tried calling back because it was a local number, the woman who answered was mystified, it seems her phone number was being spoofed by this company. She called back a few weeks later to tell me she'd reported it to the local phone company & the state AG's office.

Personally, I like to f*** with them: I tell them I'm interested, give them a bunch of bogus info and then scream TAKEMEOFFYOURLIST! At which point they hang up. No, it doesn't stop the calls but it can be very satisfying to scream in someone's ear.  ]:-)  To my way of thinking you're the lowest of the low to work for a company with such deplorable business practices.

They call me all the time. act like I have a credit card with them, offer to lower my rates.this is one of the numbers that shows up.  I ask to take off the list, they hang up.  When is the government going to step in a break up this scam?????? Crooks, dishonest, Scam..

Don?t whine.   Don?t rant.  Don?t lie down and take it from telemarketers.   Take action!   File a complaint with the FCC!   That always stops these calls for me....and if enough people complain, they will fine them and/or shut them down!

I just received the call from this number as well.  I did not answer it, but they also call from 971-373-0141.
Ironically I have no credit cards, so they would not be able to get any info.... I would think they would move on after the calls are not answered multiple times.

I save these numbers under the title of crap and assign a "no ring" tone.  Then when they call back I don't even know it.
