Correct, I recieved a phone call from this number which was an automated phone call.  A real person eventually called my number from an unlisted number and left real voice message.

I got a call from this number today. The automated voice left a phone number and then hung up. I called the number and found out it is Huntsville Hospital's new billing feature. It is an automated phone service which calls people when a bill is past due. I expressed that this service was horrible, sounded like a telemarketer and the rep said they have had lots of complaints.

Calls and does note leave a message.
I haven't tried calling them back.
