Look up your attorney generals information and contact them and file a complaint.  You can also file a complaint with the FTC. It is sad what people have to go through dealing with these idiots.

They called me with the same mess. It is illegal to try to threaten or mislead with threats of criminal activity.  Smh......

I got a call from this number it was a local number but its said something about David Barrows&check fraud then gave some case number&told me to call 1-866-391-8645. When i called i spoke to two women named Morgan Trice then Mrs. Daniels they told me i owed money on a old payday loan&that they were prepared to take me to court for $1321.00 but they would $take 656 to close out the debt. I asked who they were she said they were Premier Litigations and they were located in West Virginia i asked for the address but she refused to give it to me she said that with the business they are in they need to be secure. Mrs. Daniels also wouldnt give me her full name when i told her i wasn't going to pay she said that she wasn't going to answer anymore questions&she had a affidavit&that i would be served then she hung up about a hour later they called back with the same recording. This is so annoying last week a different company was calling me i have been dealing with this for more than a year and about 8 different companies called me about the same debt from Cashnet USA i don't know what to do anymore. I paid once even though i didnt remember the debt&they threatened me with all this bs they were going to do to me they said after i paid no one could come after me but multiple companies have been calling me non stop for more than a year. And they call from so many different numbers its hard to know its them especially with the call you with a local number.
