I just found the BCFA website and they admit how little they give to patients: $50 per month for three months!

I had to firmly interrupt the caller to get her to hear me say no and "please take my name off your list." She ended by reading a statement that the organization's financial info is available upon request. I got this call when I was at work @ 3:30pm. It says BCFA. I just called them back & got a recording calling themselves  the Breast Cancer Financial Funding...shouldn't that be BCFF?

The caller said she was from a breast cancer fundraising association. I get these calls consistently and have for the last year or so. They call every three or four months - the caller tells me all about how awful breast cancer is, what kind of research they can fund with my donation and when I tell her I can't send anything in, she tells me she'll let me send in $15 since surely I can afford that much. When I say no, she says I don't have to pay it today, she'll send me a card. When I still say no, she sits and argues with me - I reminded her that I told her I had an aunt and a cousin who died from breast cancer and all of my donations go through other fundraisers and she tells me that that's wonderful and surely I can give another $15. The only way to get off the phone with these people is to hang up on them. Without fail, another three or four months later, they call again and I have the same argument. I've asked to be permanently removed from their call list several times.

Once you get on these people's radar, you get all of their "fundraising" calls - I'm suddenly getting phone calls to support police and firefighters and veterans as well. I can legitimately claim I support both of those groups already too and they still won't leave me alone.

I Just got a call for the BCFA 262-456-3299 I did not answer the phone and they did not leave a message.
I don't think the breast cancer foundation operates this way and I do not think this is on the up and up.

Likely associated with Kohn Law Firm in Milwaukee, as another 'arm' for collections harrasment.  Have you rece'd phone calls from:  414-276-0435 or 800-451-1791?  If so, they are linked!

money seeking for breast cancer, hung up.  Really wonder where this money goes?

We just received a call from them one hour ago. We also didn't answer and they did not leave a message.
I think its a tele-charity where most of the money goes to the phone bank callers.

I did a Google on that name and it did not return any match.
Are they just a front for a company that makes calls for a charity
and then takes a big piece of the money collected?

the caller identified herself by name and said she is with the some Breast cancer group at which point I hung up.  I had been contacted by that group a few years ago and they are very persistent in calling.

Just called the number back and their recording is for Breast Cancer Funding Assoc - BCFA.  Not a bill collector.

I got a call from them too.  I don't understand why they can't have their phone number taken away for making all of these nuisance calls?

Just got a call from this number and caller I'd said it was a Racine,wi number. Let it go to answering machine and they didn't leave a message.
