Yes just received one and they were of Indian accent wanted the last 4 of my SS# and he started to repeat the first two numbers of my SS then stopped. Asked him to end me something via mail explaining what he was collecting for and hung up.

This is a recorded message, looking for the person who previously had our phone number. It says, "This call is for Susan Xxxx. If you are not Susan Xxxx, hang up now."

Yup, called me as well.  No clue who/what it is.  They did use an area code in my city though.  Anyone else reporting them live in Wisconsin?  Just curious as to if its a local company.

Called twice, no message,  googled it and got this site.  Obvious spam.

I too am plagued with multiple calls from this #.  No messages.  Did a "*67 call to the # and the man knew who I was even w/*67.  Hung up. Not a native English speaker.

Has been calling me several times a day, twice under restricted number. When I finally answered they claimed to be working on a court case and proceeded to use inappropriate language with me, calling me names for not reciprocating with their work.
