Leaves a message to call Debra Parker (??)

Called again.....left the name Debra.....on my office voicemail.  Does not state the nature of the call.

Calls my office and leaves a message to return call.  She doesn't say who she is.

Claims to be a collection agency but calls for someone who doesn't live at the address they are calling. Have not returned call. When they give the company name it is mumbled to the point you can't understand it. Has all the indication of a scam.
