These a**holes texted me mortgage spam as well.

Just got one here too.

Texted me a mortgage ad as well.  Phone it through AT&T  Filing a complaint with Do Not Call and with ATT.

You're approved! 5.09% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage. Call now 1-888-532-0177 and gives an approval code

Who are they? What do they want to sell?

Received the same text message, unsolicited.  Only people who have phone number was recent dealings with  home improvment contractors (surprise) Reporting the intrusive advertising via FCC.gov website.  Suggest all call the owner of the mortgage company Money Warehouse, 615 2nd St Pike, Southhamptom PA 18966.  Owner is Mr. Yuri Volin 215-722-6500 extension 102.  Let him know.  If you were charged for the text, insist upon a refund.

I just fill a complain to Do Not Call List about this junk message. The will get about $5,000 penalty per complain. Cell phone is auto no junk call by law. Please file a complain. Google search for do not call list.

I spoke to the manager (Cory) of MoneyWarehouse in Southampton, PA.  He told me they use All State Mortgage Lenders to do their advertising for them.  I suggest you call him and complain.  He told me I wasn't the first.  His number is 1-888-475-5363.

I just received the same text message and have not used either web site

I too got this spam text, twice in two hours. I filed a complaint with the FCC.

I just got the SPAM too -- who the heck is already using Text Msg to SPAM -- it is the marketing company that is at fault, probably not the company but someone should alert them to this terrible practice.

Got some more info for everyone... They called me back 20 minutes after I told them I was extremely interested in their services, however the company that called me was "Money Warehouse Mortgage"  the representative said they are affiliated with All State Mortgage. Bingo...

My boyfriend and I recieved these text messages also, I called back and left a message letting them know i was interested and to call me so i can ream them out. I also filed a complaint with the bbb and i am going to file a complaint with the attorney general of pa. i suggest you do that as well and demand $$ for the text messages 10cents add up and can make your cell phone bill more money then it has to be.

I've given my phone number to plenty of online retailers, but this is the first time I've gotten a text message as spam.

The message is advertising for All State Mortgage Lender, and has the number 1-888-532-0177 listed in the message itself.

I got the same text a half hour ago.  I want to know who sold them my phone number.  I gave my cell phone number to two online shopping sites last night-so here are the choices.
