This person will not answer I think its a sales call do not answer

This same number has called today three times and will not say anything when I answer.

This number has called twice within a half hour.  Does not leave a message.  I will report it to the do not call website!!  Thanks for the info.

I think this number is from a someone who tries to sell "hometown newspaper" subscriptions.
Suggestion:  report them the "Do Not Call" website.

I'd like to know who makes these calls.
