Called my mobile line. No voicemail. From some comments seems like a credit card scam.

Recorded message saying that I won a Caribbean cruise...yeah right! They wanted me to dial 1 to claim my prize. I just waited on the line instead (in hopes that I could speak to a person and ask that they remove me from their list) but after a few seconds it disconnected.

call on my mobile. no voicemail. suspected SCAM.

got it-didnt answer- got VM saying my eligibility is running out need to call back

Received this call on my work landline. It is a direct line, so only I answer it. Recording trying to convince me to buy their digital cable TV equipment. Pressed 1 for more info. Spoke with idiot girl. Told her this is a work #, please remove it. She then replied telling me that I need to listen and she would make this quick, then proceeded with her sales schpiel. Again told her this is a business #, I just work here and am not buying anything. Then I hung up on her. Weak!

Just got a call on my cell saying "The government is requiring every household in America to have digital equipment installed by July" and went on to say they would add HBO, Cinemax, etc.

First junk call I've received on my cell since I got it 2 years ago...  Hope these don't start.

I called this number back from a land line and was able to enter my cell number to be removed from their calling list and be placed on their "Do not call" list.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't leave a message.

I got a call from this same #. Trying to do the same things as stated below! Someone in the government has to put a STOP to this type of harassment .Enough is Enough !

Yes. Another robo-dialed call to a cell phone which is ILLEGAL and is being reported to the FCC TODAY.

just got the call on my cell. didnt recognize it. no voicemail left. checked it with this service. glad i looked!

missed the phone call. they left a voicemail saying somethin about "the government is eligable" then it cut off. i deleted it right after

I got that call today, and was not able to answer because i was busy at work. So I called when I got off, and it says, if you would like your number taken off this list, press 1. I don't know.. I've only gotten the call today, and I live in OK. So you might try to see if that works.

someone's callling people.  The automated message was saying that I selected for free digital equipment if I acted before July 2009...

They just called me and said something about my house and a prize.
I don't even have a house. I live in an apartment. LAME

I didn't answer - the message was something about free cable with HD in up to six rooms, blah blah blah.

Called by this number again. Waited for someone to pickup. When you ask to be removed from the calling list, they hang up on you. These are scammers.

Claiming that I was eligible for free digital equipement. And that the gov't was requiring a change to digital equipment. Then some pitch about HBO and other cable stations that I didn't really listen to.

Obviously a scam for people confused by the new broadcast standards.
